However, I was curious about pantothenic acid anyway. My skin isn't great - I have dermatitis with steroid side effects, blemishes, and small bumps. My body also produces a lot of oil, so I have combination dehydrated skin. Additional review - It's summer now, and I usually don't feel any dryness on my face during this season. But recently, I've been noticing deep dryness after washing. I think I need some deep hydration. I'm not sure if this is an adaptation period, but I'm taking it Monday-Wednesday, skipping Thursday, then Friday-Sunday. I'm just following some information I picked up here and there. If I notice any other changes, I'll come back to write another review! I don't usually take any supplements. This is my first time trying pantothenic acid. I was curious because it's said to help reduce sebum production, inflammation, and acne. It shouldn't be considered a cure-all. Not only my face but also my body produces a lot of sebum, which was stressful. As expected, it needs to be taken consistently, so I haven't noticed any significant changes yet. From what I've gathered about pantothenic acid: There are reports of hair loss as a side effect, but it doesn't seem to be common. This product also contains a small amount of biotin, which is good. It's incorrect information that taking 4 pills of pantothenic acid or taking more will lead to better results. If you're worried about hair loss and want to take biotin along with pantothenic acid, high doses of biotin are not recommended. Keep this in mind!
ConsI'll write an additional review if I notice any changes.
