My skin type is oily with a lack of hydration. I've often seen the Mediheal brand at Olive Young, but I had never tried it before. What I noticed while using this product is that it absorbs quickly and isn't sticky, which I really liked. The texture itself is neither too heavy nor too light, making it easy to apply.
Cons
I have relatively large pores, so I had some expectations when I tried this serum, but I couldn't really find any advantages for me. When I first applied it to my face, it stung intensely all over, like I had applied a Riddle Shot product, and there was irritation. For the first few days, there were no changes to my skin, but as time passed, small whiteheads started appearing here and there. If I had to point out a positive, I did have a large blemish on my chin before using this product, and after applying it for about a week, I could feel that the blemish had subsided significantly. Skin Type & Condition: Normal, with visible but not severe pores. Texture: Serum-type that doesn't leave a sticky residue after massaging it in. It's quite hydrating, so you don't need to apply anything else afterwards, which is great. Function: Similar to the trendy 'needle shot' products currently popular. Compared to other products, it definitely seems to have more 'needles' as there's a more noticeable tingling sensation when applying. Personally, I have a high pain tolerance, so the tingling was bearable, but it's definitely more intense than other products. Even the next morning when washing my face, I could feel a tingling sensation whenever I touched my skin. I've never experienced this with other products, which makes me think it has a higher concentration of active ingredients. Recommended for: When you want to prevent pores from expanding and getting larger, and to stop them from developing into wrinkles. Let's give it a try! Skin type: Dry, sensitive to touch. Works well with Centella and Madecassoside. Effects: Two whiteheads on my cheeks that were bothering me disappeared. It seems to help with skin elasticity. I took photos before use and after a week of use, and it feels like the spaces between pores that were starting to connect into wrinkles have filled in a bit. However, I'm not the best at taking photos, so I can't be 100% certain about this. Scent: A fresh, natural scent? I liked it. I prefer tea tree and herbal scents.

I used this every evening, and since the spicules themselves contain care ingredients, I only needed to replenish moisture after the first application. The most noticeable effect was on my skin texture. While it's said that pores are difficult to shrink, I feel this product improves skin texture, making pores less visible. ✔️Skin Type -Combination, acne-prone skin ✔️Current Skin Condition -Started with generally good skin except for some milia, but after 2 weeks, skin condition worsened due to hormonal imbalance. ✔️Pore Condition: Had fractional laser treatments for a year to reduce pores on the nose and T-zone (large pores on the nose, very few on the T-zone). Unfortunately, this resulted in adverse effects, leaving fractional laser hole scars all over the face, creating an unsightly and distressing appearance. (See photo. Small, dark, jagged shapes, evenly spaced, numerous, holes even on the nose bridge where there are no sebaceous glands = laser scars. Please don't take fractional laser treatments lightly.
