The texture is cool and light, like a water-emulsion blend. As a serum that inevitably causes some irritation, it stings and reddens upon application, but the next day, you can definitely feel your pores tightening!
ConsSince this serum unavoidably causes some irritation, it's recommended to use it only two or three times a week.
TipIf your skin reddens after application, soothe it with aloe. Amazingly, the next day you'll find your pores tightened and redness reduced - it's quite a remarkable serum.

I've often seen the Mediheal brand at Olive Young, but I had never tried it before. What I noticed while using this product is that it absorbs quickly and isn't sticky, which I really liked. The texture itself is neither too heavy nor too light, making it easy to apply.
ConsI have relatively large pores, so I had some expectations when I tried this serum, but I couldn't really find any advantages for me. When I first applied it to my face, it stung intensely all over, like I had applied a Riddle Shot product, and there was irritation. For the first few days, there were no changes to my skin, but as time passed, small whiteheads started appearing here and there. If I had to point out a positive, I did have a large blemish on my chin before using this product, and after applying it for about a week, I could feel that the blemish had subsided significantly. However, I'm not sure if it went down because of the time that had passed or because of this product.
TipThis is not a product I would recommend to people with super sensitive skin.

Cons- Although it was said to be suitable for sensitive skin, while it was fine on my nose, it stung when applied to my T-zone. I thought I'd get used to it after a few days, but for two weeks, it irritated my skin every time I applied it, aggravating existing blemishes and making them redder. I don't recommend this for those with sensitive, blemish-prone skin like mine. - Since it's not a runny formula, how about a pump container instead of a dropper?
TipI don't use nose packs, so I tend to have some excess sebum. I think it would be effective to remove sebum with a nose pack and then finish with this serum kept cool in the fridge.

I typically avoid skincare products with strong scents. ❣️ ✅️ Texture: - A non-sticky serum formula - Soothing gel with a slight white tint ✅️ Application: - Due to its active ingredients, there's a slight tingling sensation. This suggests it might deliver immediate results. - Absorbs quickly, making it easy to incorporate into your skincare routine ✅️ Fragrance: - Practically unscented, to the point where you might question if there's any fragrance at all.
Cons- Given the potential for irritation, unlike typical skincare products, it's disappointing that you need to avoid applying it around the eyes and mouth. - While the surface feels fine, there's a noticeable roughness underneath.

Texture: Serum-type that doesn't leave a sticky residue after massaging it in. It's quite hydrating, so you don't need to apply anything else afterwards, which is great. Function: Similar to the trendy 'needle shot' products currently popular. Compared to other products, it definitely seems to have more 'needles' as there's a more noticeable tingling sensation when applying. Personally, I have a high pain tolerance, so the tingling was bearable, but it's definitely more intense than other products. Even the next morning when washing my face, I could feel a tingling sensation whenever I touched my skin. I've never experienced this with other products, which makes me think it has a higher concentration of active ingredients. Effects: I felt like my pores might have reduced, but not dramatically noticeable in just one day as advertised. If that were the case, dermatologists would be out of business! Perhaps if I had done precise measurements like in the ads, I might have noticed more of an effect, but to the naked eye, there wasn't a big difference. As you can see in the photos, there are subtle changes, but to really see noticeable results, you'd probably need to use it longer than the 2-week Hwahae Testers period. Still, given its high concentration, consistent use should yield more significant changes than what's visible in the photos. No blemishes appeared after use, despite the high concentration.
ConsThe dropper doesn't draw up the product well. Small quantity. You might not see effects with this amount. Probably need to use several bottles consistently to notice results. The day after application, when I sweated a lot in the evening, my skin became hot and red. This could be due to invisible irritation from the micro-needles. It settled down after sleeping. People who exercise frequently or in hot weather might experience skin irritation due to the salt in sweat interacting with the micro-wounds created by the needles.
TipRecommended for use in seasons other than summer. May cause skin irritation for those who exercise frequently.

I feel like the pores on my cheeks have improved. Compared to before using it, I was surprised to see that my cheeks seemed better. The pore size appears to have slightly decreased, and the darker areas seem a bit brighter. I'll keep using it consistently. 2. It has a pleasant, cool herbal scent. 3. It absorbs quickly and feels lightweight.
Cons1. In the initial stages of using the product, I experienced a sudden appearance of red blemishes on my cheeks, which might indicate it was irritating. Those with sensitive skin should be cautious. The product contains spicules, so be careful not to apply it to any wounds as it may sting!!! Before applying it to your face, test it on your wrist or the back of your hand. 2. The large pores on my nose didn't improve much... I think we need to use it consistently to see its full effects!! I'll continue using it and report back.

Let's give it a try! Skin type: Dry, sensitive to touch. Works well with Centella and Madecassoside. Effects: Two whiteheads on my cheeks that were bothering me disappeared. It seems to help with skin elasticity. I took photos before use and after a week of use, and it feels like the spaces between pores that were starting to connect into wrinkles have filled in a bit. However, I'm not the best at taking photos, so I can't be 100% certain about this. Scent: A fresh, natural scent? I liked it. I prefer tea tree and herbal scents.
ConsAs expected with a spicule product, it can sting on sensitive areas or where there are small wounds. When I first used it, not knowing any better, I did an intense oil cleansing massage. When I applied the serum afterwards, it stung. From the next day, I gently patted it on after cleansing and toning, and there was only a slight tingling sensation.
TipIf you have dry, sensitive skin, avoid using an exfoliating toner before application and skip the rolling. Save the massage for another day. To get the right amount, remove the dropper from the serum, squeeze out the air, then use it. One pump should be enough. I use two pumps to cover my neck as well. Don't finish with just the serum, make sure to apply something else on top!

When I first used it on skin with small blemishes, I noticed an improvement after just one application. After using it consistently for over a week, I felt my pores, which had seemed enlarged due to the summer heat, actually shrink. The blackheads? The color of my pores seemed to fade. My mother and I used it together, and she mentioned feeling like her dark spots had slightly lightened.
ConsInitially, it stung quite a bit when applied. Feeling like it might be irritating my skin, I switched from using it morning and night to just evenings. However, not only did it sting during application, but I also felt a tingling sensation the next morning while washing my face, which made me question if this product was right for me.

The most noticeable effect was on my skin texture. While it's said that pores are difficult to shrink, I feel this product improves skin texture, making pores less visible. I typically experience rough skin and blemishes during my monthly PMS cycle. Usually, I have to focus on exfoliation during this time, but this PMS, my skin felt smooth when washing, which was a pleasant surprise. I still got some blemishes though. After all, skincare can't beat hormones... Despite having thin, sensitive skin, I had no issues. I was worried about redness from irritation, but it was fine.
ConsTo describe the sensation: it feels like applying finely ground glass that remains on the floor after sweeping up a broken glass, but before mopping. I didn't feel much on my forehead or nose, but my cheeks tingled a bit. This was my first time trying a retinol-based product, and I was curious. It's not like my whole face stings with every application. Just a slight sensation of irritation, I guess? When you open the product, there's a strong scent similar to tea tree oil. (The scent from tea tree oil is more concentrated and potent than the cool scent in tea tree skincare products.) I'm used to tea tree products, so the scent didn't bother me. It's not very noticeable when applying anyway.
TipInstead of pressing the dropper while it's in the bottle, it's easier to press it outside and then insert it to draw up the product. This way, you'll get enough to cover your entire face.

Unfortunately, this resulted in adverse effects, leaving fractional laser hole scars all over the face, creating an unsightly and distressing appearance. (See photo. Small, dark, jagged shapes, evenly spaced, numerous, holes even on the nose bridge where there are no sebaceous glands = laser scars. Please don't take fractional laser treatments lightly. I invested a lot of time and money, and took good care of my skin. I'm sharing these pore photos for public awareness.) (If there were originally 30 large pores, now it feels like there are 130 holes with the addition of small laser scars. Tried to remove 30 but ended up with 100 more.) ✔️Packaging -Simple packaging with just the product in a box. Appreciated the lack of excessive packaging. The product is smaller than expected, 9 cm. It's a dropper bottle that twists open, like many other ampoules. However, the dropper is quite stiff. It feels rigid and strongly draws up the product. ✔️Texture -Opaque essence with a milky tint. Expected it to be quite viscous, but surprisingly it has no stickiness at all. Feels more packed with hydration than oils. Drops with a somewhat heavy feel but applies very lightly. ✔️Application -Applies like water. Feels light and slippery like a hydrating ampoule. Absorbs well after a few rubs and pats. Leaves a soft finish. Feels moisturizing but not sticky. ✔️Functionality -Actually, I only realized it contained spicules after seeing the product package. The number 2500 caught my eye first, then slowly noticed the 'with spicule..' It reminded me of trendy products like Redel Shot. I've actually used a similar product, herbal acupuncture, for quite a while. I stopped because the effects weren't significant compared to the time and effort invested. But I was intrigued by how these spicule products could offer similar effects more conveniently. Felt a stinging sensation immediately after applying it to the back of my hand as a test. When applied to the face, it stung but wasn't painful. I could feel the pricking sensation until the next day when I touched my face. So I used it every other day. While it probably has a pore-reducing effect, it's not very noticeable. Sometimes I feel like they've shrunk when I look in the mirror, but comparing before/after photos made me realize it was just my imagination. Ultimately, I didn't notice any significant effects with short-term use. It seems like something that requires consistent use to see results. However, the improvement in skin texture was definite. When I used herbal acupuncture before, texture improvement was the most noticeable effect, and this product also made my skin texture smoother. But I did break out after using it. It seems to be somewhat irritating to the skin. I used it like this: Day 1: Apply, Day 2: Acne•Stinging, Day 3: Improved texture, Day 4: Apply On days like Day 2 when acne appeared, my face felt sore, so I had to pay extra attention to moisturizing and care. ✔️Scent -Smells like Mediheal masks. A strange mix of herbal and cosmetic scents. ✔️Moisturizing Effect -Provides hydration similar to a light hydrating ampoule. It's moisturizing, but not enough to rely on this product alone for hydration. It's more of a functional ampoule with spicules rather than a moisturizing ampoule. Overall Review -Caused acne breakouts after use. May feel stinging on sensitive skin, even causing a burning sensation and soreness. Has a hydrating ampoule texture, but moisturizing effect is insufficient for solo use. Pore improvement effect is unclear, but there is a noticeable improvement in skin texture.
ConsCaused acne breakouts, some irritation. Pore improvement effect wasn't dramatically noticeable.
