Pros
I had persistent milia that wouldn't go away no matter what I tried. I heard it could be due to a compromised skin barrier, so I started looking into barrier creams. This product seemed the gentlest, had the best reviews, and great ingredients, so I decided to give it a try! It's been about 5 days since I started using it, and surprisingly, my milia have significantly reduced. I'm planning to keep using it consistently. If you're looking for a gentle barrier cream, I highly recommend this one!
Cons
The rich texture might make it challenging for those with oily skin to use during the peak of summer. Also, the opening of the container is a bit inconvenient and sharp. The price point seems slightly on the higher side too.
Tip
To minimize the rich feeling, try applying a small amount by gently patting it into your skin until it absorbs well!

Pros
If you can't use a heavy cream due to excess oil, this is a good option. It's also great for improving skin barrier.

Pros
This is a product I use consistently. I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive, and I'm prone to folliculitis when my immunity drops. I also get small bumps and experience a lot of heat on my skin - basically, I'm a skincare challenge! I bought this because it's supposed to be good for the skin barrier, and it indeed helped improve mine. I also use it as a finishing step after laser treatments at the dermatologist since it's great for skin regeneration. I've been using it for over a month now, and it's such a soothing cream! It feels moisturizing and gives a protective coating sensation. It's definitely a go-to product when my skin barrier needs some TLC!
Cons
As summer approaches, I'm a bit worried it might start to feel greasy. However, I think it should be fine until the temperature hits about 25°C (77°F). Those with extremely dry skin might love this year-round, but if you have combination dehydrated skin like me, I'd recommend using it only in spring, fall, and winter!

Pros
When I'm not feeling well and my skin acts up, this is great for repairing my skin barrier. It's a lifesaver!

Pros
No irritation and I definitely saw results in barrier repair! It doesn't feel like a greasy blob of pomade, but the hydration is super strong, making it great for a nighttime routine.
Cons
The application is a bit... stiff. This makes me hesitate to use it sometimes, but the ingredients are gentle and it works well, so I can't complain too much. Not recommended for oily or excessively greasy skin types!
Tip
The texture is quite thick, so it's a bit challenging to apply. However, if you apply it right after your toner and serum, the previous layers of moisture make it much easier to spread.

Pros
I've heard this was famous as a regenerating cream, so I tried several and compared them. I'm extremely satisfied! It feels like it's filling my skin with hydration from deep within, and it really helps care for the skin barrier.
Cons
Since it's a regenerating cream, it might be a bit much for daily use. I think it would be perfect to use when your skin barrier needs some extra care!

Pros
I started using this product after taking acne medication that left my skin extremely dry and my skin barrier completely compromised. Wow! This product made my dryness disappear entirely. As my skin barrier recovered, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin's condition. I apply it every day without fail!
Cons
Given its heavy texture, it's a bit challenging to use before applying makeup... It's a bit too much for that purpose.

I have super sensitive skin that reacts to the slightest irritation... But when my skin was at its most sensitive, applying this cream at night really helped calm it down by the next morning. It's great for soothing when you need it most. Since using this, my skin barrier has improved so much!
Cons
Just a heads up, it might cause blemishes for oily skin types! I only use this when my skin is extremely sensitive. Once my skin starts to improve, I find it's a bit too rich for me.
