Pros
The original Cicabio cream was green, but the Plus version is white. The texture is similarly rich, but it's much easier to spread and feels less heavy, which I really liked. While the original Cicabio cream is famous for its regenerative properties, I couldn't finish it due to how it felt on my skin. This new formula, however, is lighter and more comfortable to use. It does leave a bit of a glow, but doesn't transfer, making it great as a night cream.
Cons
I bought the larger 100ml size since it was only about $10 more than the 40ml, but I found that the 100ml has a wider opening. This means even a gentle squeeze dispenses too much product, as shown in the photo, which was inconvenient. Given the shorter shelf life after opening, I think it might be better to go for the smaller size. Also, while it's less oily than the original, it still leaves a shiny finish and feels a bit heavy, so it might be challenging to use in summer.
