The only advantage is that it does not cause eye strain. There is really nothing else. This is not a tone-up, it's a whitening product. It would be very problematic to call this a tone-up. Even for dry skin, once applied, the face becomes shiny. Being both whitening and shiny, the face just floats around. Moreover, it's sticky and heavy, so the face feels stuffy after application. In the middle of summer, if you go out after applying this and start sweating, it seems the face will become extremely shiny with white sweat flowing. I absolutely do not recommend this. I had to use it since I bought it, so I tried various things. After applying it, gently patting it with oil paper helps absorb some of the oil, which makes it somewhat decent. Price: I'm happy I got it at a great deal during a beauty expo. I think the price is reasonable for repurchasing too. The packaging is unique, and as I've been looking for a new sunscreen since my usual one started feeling too greasy as I got older, I decided to try this one. I was drawn to its distinctive packaging, and I've been enjoying their Green Chrorong toner pads. I'm not sure if it's a branding strategy or their actual philosophy, but the vegan, animal-friendly, and eco-friendly aspects seem to create a positive image. After using it, I noticed that the packaging isn't very sturdy, so it takes some getting used to when controlling the amount. However, this doesn't hinder its use. I have very dry skin prone to clogged pores, so I'm quite picky. This sunscreen applies lightly and doesn't feel stuffy like some sunscreens do. Although it's labeled as a brightening moisturizer, the brightening effect seems similar to regular sunscreens. The scent is mild and inoffensive, just a faint cosmetic or sunscreen fragrance. Cleansing isn't an issue either, though I only apply sunscreen without makeup. I'll need to see how it performs in summer, but I like it enough to consider repurchasing. As mentioned earlier, controlling the amount isn't easy due to the packaging! However, if this helps reduce plastic use even a little, it's completely worth it. When using it for the first time, it's easier to control the amount by tilting the product and squeezing it while opening.

Usually, brightening products make my blemishes worse, but the ingredients in this seem really good. It has a smooth application and absorbs well. After applying, it gives a nice glow without feeling overly rich, which is great for makeup application. What impressed me most was the paper packaging. It's easy to use up completely and seems simple to cut and separate for recycling. Overall, it's a great basic product to have in your routine. This product seems to focus more on sunscreen functionality and ingredients rather than brightening effects. The tone-up effect isn't very noticeable. However, right after application, there is a slight glow and it does seem to give a bit of life to your complexion, subtly evening out your skin tone. ++ I used to use a product with separate pumps for brightening moisturizer and sunscreen, so I had higher expectations for the tone-up effect, which left me a bit disappointed. These days, when my skin isn't at its best or when I can't be bothered with cushion foundation, I use this product. Seriously, many products make even your eyebrows look pale, but this one truly gives you a healthy glow. That's why it's so great for fair-skinned beauties. - Whenever I apply mineral sunscreens, they always feel moisturizing at first, but later cause deep dryness. However, this product is better than other mineral sunscreens because the deep dryness sets in much later. Plus, even when I rushed through my skincare routine, this sunscreen really helped prevent that deep dryness! The texture is a bit too runny, making it difficult to control the amount. I keep squeezing out too much.. It's perfect for those times when you're heading to the gym and feeling self-conscious about going bare-faced, but don't want to put on full makeup! I was pleased with how the brightening moisturizer applied smoothly and evened my skin tone without looking unnatural. For those with dermatitis, cleansing is crucial, but since water contact can increase sensitivity, I try to minimize double cleansing. This product doesn't cleanse thoroughly enough with just my usual gel cleanser, requiring me to use a cleansing water first, followed by the gel cleanser. This two-step process might be too harsh for very sensitive skin to use daily. I was shocked at how it matched the untanned parts perfectly! The packaging is innovative - an eco-friendly paper case. The color is a natural peach tone, close to skin color. I expected a peppermint scent, but while it's not minty, it has a subtle, natural fragrance. There's no eye irritation during application or throughout wear. It feels incredibly gentle on the skin. Every year in late August/early September, my skin tone gets really weird - kind of ashy. I diligently apply sunscreen because I hate tanning, but after a whole summer of buildup and when the weather cools a bit, you might skip a day... Just one day without it, and my face looks dull and tanned. Even with sunscreen, my skin tans easily. It's like my melanin works overtime! And it's not even a nice tan - it turns into this slightly grayish, dull color. When I first got the product and tried it on my hand, I used too much. The color didn't impress me, and it seemed like it might look greasy. For my first facial application, I applied it thinly over my usual sunscreen. Surprisingly, it looked matte on my skin. Even with a hydrating sunscreen underneath, it felt a bit tight in the afternoon and after cleansing (in an air-conditioned environment). Next, I used it alone. I had to go out in a hurry and it was raining, so I applied a thin layer by itself. My face had been looking dull from slight sun exposure, but this made it look bright and back to my original skin tone. My neck looked too dark in comparison, so I applied it there too, and it matched perfectly with my untanned décolletage area, looking very natural. Later, I tried applying two layers of just this product. It looked good initially, but pilled after some time. Applying the second layer after a 10-20 minute interval reduced pilling. I found that layering matte sunscreens with a time gap also reduced pilling. It seems to be a mineral, waterproof formula. Water beads up on the surface when it gets wet. Foam cleansing wasn't enough to remove it completely, so I followed up with an oil cleanser for my second cleanse. It pills if applied immediately over a hydrating sunscreen. It also pills if you apply two layers of this product back-to-back. The dispenser needs improvement... it gets messy, and the cap area is hard to clean with a tissue. There's no pilling when used alone (single application). I loved that this is a definite brightening moisturizer that doesn't just leave a white cast, but actually corrects your skin tone with a pink hue. While it doesn't last as long as makeup products, the initial effect was fantastic. 2. With 'peppermint' in the product name and green packaging, I expected a strong peppermint scent and cooling effect. However, the fragrance was subtle and pleasant, and I really appreciated that it didn't have that typical sunscreen smell. 3. Most importantly, the application and finish were great. It absorbs well, and although it initially felt a bit rich, it actually leaves a fresh finish. While it absorbs well, due to the color-changing nature of brightening products, you need to apply it evenly. If you apply it too quickly, it might look a bit layered. Take your time and pat it in gently. This is my first experience with eco-friendly packaging, and I feel a bit nervous every time I open the cap. The soft, pliable texture makes me worry it might burst when I twist it. Unlike other sunscreens, it's quite fluid, which makes it absorb really well. The best part? It provides a natural brightening effect. Usually, even when sunscreens claim to offer a natural tone-up, they can still look a bit artificial. But this product truly gives a natural-looking complexion. Plus, the herbal scent is pleasant and not off-putting at all! Up until now, the products I've won in events have either been perfect for me or at least decent enough to use. However, this one has quite a few disappointing aspects. Firstly, the packaging is different from other sunscreens, making it nearly impossible to control the amount. Before I could even squeeze some onto the back of my hand to apply, it just kept flowing out, making it impossible to measure the right amount. While this product is supposed to provide a natural brightening effect with just a small amount, due to the dispensing issue, I ended up with a ghostly white face.

As a dog owner, I think this is such a great brand! The sun protection is top-notch in Korea, plus it brightens the complexion - that's fantastic! At first, I thought it was a bit shabby when it arrived in a paper envelope instead of a box, but it seems the brand's motto is eco-friendly. I'm even more pleased that it's a mineral sunscreen! Like others have mentioned, the eco-friendly aspect is nice, but it's my first time with a paper tube and I'm having trouble getting used to it, haha! Also, while the brightening effect is both a pro and a con, on really hot days when you need to apply frequently and generously, it feels a bit like makeup, so I can't slather it on as much as I'd like. I think it would be perfect to apply a transparent chemical sunscreen first, then use this for a subtle brightening effect with mineral protection for complete sun defense!
