I've been using this for over a month now. It feels lighter than the original Physiogel and seems to absorb well. Even when my skin was sensitive, it didn't cause any pain or discomfort when applied. It can feel a bit heavy if you apply too much or layer it, especially when your skin is dry. Also, it didn't really help with my blemishes. While using this cream, I didn't see much improvement in my combination dehydrated skin. It's neither exceptionally good nor bad - just an average, decent cream. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMar 14, 2025
It deeply hydrates the skin, effectively combating deep dryness. With its low oil content, it leaves your skin feeling moisturized without any heaviness. The lightweight formula absorbs quickly, making it perfect for daily use without any stickiness, finishing with a fresh feel. With consistent use, you'll notice a strengthened skin barrier, providing a soothing effect even for super sensitive skin. When applying before makeup, be careful with the amount as too much can lead to pilling. Proper amount control is necessary. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 10, 2025
It feels more hydrating than my previous cream, making it great for light application. As I have dry skin, it might not be enough for winter, but I'll probably use it during summer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJan 24, 2025
I personally experienced why this cream is famous for its Hwahae compatibility! It applies smoothly with a lightweight feel while still being deeply moisturizing. Apart from hydration and Hwahae compatibility, I'm not sure about its other effects. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 10, 2024
This product seems better suited for combination dehydrated skin or those with mild dryness, rather than extremely dry skin. It was still a bit drying for me, though! Overall, it feels like a middle ground between their red line and the original blue line products - a safe choice. I noticed it slightly aggravated my folliculitis, so I only apply a thin layer during the day. I managed to snag this at a discounted price during a launch event on Physiogel's official site, but I wouldn't recommend buying it at full price. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinDec 8, 2024
Somewhere between a soothing cream and a moisturizer...? It's too heavy to be called a soothing cream, yet too light to be a moisturizer. Perfect for applying before makeup in winter! If you have combination dehydrated skin and need a light cream for winter mornings or daytime, I highly recommend this! The hydration might not be enough for dry skin types, while those with oily skin should use it cautiously due to its texture. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 21, 2024
Compared to other Physiogel products, this has a lighter feel. After it absorbs, my skin feels moisturized deep down, but there's no oily residue or stickiness on the surface, which I love. If you apply a generous amount, it may look white as you rub it in, but it absorbs quickly. There's nothing to complain about - it even applies smoothly under makeup without any pilling. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 8, 2024
Hydration: Feels very hydrating with a slight hint of richness. Texture: A lightweight formula between a gel cream and a moisturizer. Finish: Leaves a slightly silky finish without much glow. Moisturizing effect: After absorption, it leaves a dry, powdery finish. It feels a bit dehydrating and the moisturizing effect seems somewhat lacking. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 27, 2024
My skin is generally quite dry, with only the nose area being slightly oily. While the original Physiogel felt heavy and overly greasy, making my skin feel suffocated, the Regenerative version is a game-changer! They've reduced the oiliness from the DMT formula and boosted the hydration, making it much more pleasant to use. It's lightweight and doesn't clog my pores or cause blemishes like some moisturizers do! However, being a Physiogel moisturizer, it still has a somewhat rich feel, which isn't ideal for everyone. It doesn't seem to absorb completely, but rather forms a protective layer on the skin. I suppose this contributes to its moisturizing and barrier-strengthening effects. I'd recommend using it more in your evening routine than in the morning! I apply just a small amount, about the size of my pinky nail, to each area of my face. Remember, a thin layer works better than slathering it on thickly - your skin will feel less weighed down this way! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 23, 2024
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found other Physiogel products too rich, only using them briefly in winter. This product, however, strikes a perfect balance between a light moisturizer and the traditional Physiogel formula. It's not greasy, yet it doesn't leave my skin feeling parched like some lighter creams. It's an ideal choice for those with combination dehydrated skin. Among Physiogel products, this is the only one I can't find any fault with.
