Since I have dry skin, I leave the pack on for about 20 minutes and then roll it off with water. For those with oily skin, I'd recommend about 30 minutes. If you find it hard to rinse off after rolling, using a facial cloth (like a round towel) while cleansing makes it easier to wash off completely.

It doesn't rinse off very easily with water, so you definitely need to cleanse multiple times.

I've used about 3 tubes of this, and I often reach for it when I notice dead skin cells or slight flakiness on my face.
