The 23rd cool-toned, oily, and troubled skin product had a very light color payoff when I applied it directly to my bare face, so I had to layer it multiple times for the color to show up. As it's in a balm form, there's no clumping or emphasizing of dry patches, and it just gives a slightly rosy, brightening effect, so I didn't feel burdened wearing it on days I didn't have makeup on. Since it's marketed as a lip product too, I tried layering it over the lipstick I normally use, and it complemented the blush nicely, making my lips look a bit more radiant. Given the similar finish, it's a good product to use in conjunction with my regular lip products.
Cons

When I first saw the actual product, the color seemed too dark, but when I applied it, it went on smoothly and brightly, which was surprising. When looking at the night shade, it has a pinkish-flower feel, but it's much lighter than the swatch I uploaded, contrary to my expectations. Although it's recommended for cool-toned skin, it didn't look unflattering or floating on my warm-toned skin. In my case, as I have an autumn deep-toned complexion, I applied a deeper liquid blush + Hince Radiance Balm, and the luminous glow was more satisfactory compared to when I wore it alone.
