Instead, place it on your skin to reduce heat. It was just okay for facial acne, but worked wonders for body acne. Stock up during sales periods. The pad is too thick and doesn't adhere well. When blemishes pop up, using this once in a while seems to calm them down by the next day! If used daily, it feels like it might make your skin feel a bit tight, so I wouldn't recommend using it every day. It's better to use it occasionally!
