  Pros

  The texture is like whipped cream, applying a thin protective layer on the skin. It's fragrance-free, which is a plus. The best part is how comfortable my skin felt after application - no irritation or heaviness. Among gentle moisturizers, this and Dermafactory B-Zero are the only ones that didn't cause any tingling. While B-Zero is lighter, this has more richness and hydration. It works great as an extra layer over B-Zero on extremely dry days when B-Zero alone isn't enough.

  Both products are gentle, but for me, B-Zero slightly edges out Belpriamo. Choose B-Zero for daily hydration, and Belpriamo for protecting extremely dry skin. Personally, I found using Belpriamo alone left my skin feeling slightly dehydrated, which sometimes led to a bit of warmth and redness.

  This product excels at skin protection. I've found it particularly effective when dealing with contact dermatitis or post-extraction wounds. Applying it thickly like a sleeping pack and leaving it overnight significantly reduces inflammation by morning.

  Texture and Feel: The texture is just right - not too thin or thick for a cream! It feels like a moisturizing cream with a rich consistency that provides adequate hydration. Benefits: First off, it's non-irritating! Sometimes when my skin is dry, it can get itchy and feel dehydrated. This cream is great for improving the skin barrier and also helps with itchiness, which made for a really pleasant experience. It's perfect as a winter moisturizer!!! I apply it after my serum step before bed.

  As expected from a Dongkuk Pharmaceutical product, it's genuinely gentle on the skin. Compared to watery soothing creams, it's slightly thicker, but it quickly absorbs, leaving the skin feeling soft. It seems to provide sufficient hydration for use through autumn, though it might not be enough on its own for the depths of winter. I'd say it's the perfect cream for transitional seasons!

  The biggest disappointment is that it comes in a jar. While I understand the thicker consistency might be the reason for this packaging choice, I feel I would have reached for it much more often if it had a pump dispenser.

  Recently, my skin had been so itchy and sensitive that it was really troublesome. But this product truly helped with the itchiness. I didn't have high expectations, but as I used it daily, I noticed the itching gradually subsiding. While there could be various reasons for this, and I can't definitively attribute it solely to this product, I'm satisfied that it didn't cause any additional blemishes or irritation. It absorbs well and is gentle enough not to cause any irritation. It's suitable for the whole family to use.

  It's disappointing that it comes in a jar rather than a tube, and doesn't include a spatula.

  Tip

  It's on the richer side, so rather than being completely absorbed, it leaves a slight oily film on the skin. This is fine for winter, but it might feel a bit heavy in the peak of summer. Since there's also an Ato emulsion available, it would be good to choose between the emulsion and cream based on your skin type.

  No fragrance. Gentle without irritation. Provides excellent hydration for my dry skin. The formula spreads easily without pilling.

  For me, the complete lack of scent was slightly disappointing. While it applies smoothly, the texture isn't extremely rich. It feels lightweight, yet still offers good moisture!

  In the evening, I mix in a drop or two of oil for a more nourishing application. I've also been using it on particularly dry areas of my body!

I'd probably opt for a cream with more functional benefits. Being in a jar, it tends to overflow onto the outer lid, making it difficult to manage. It's annoying to have to wipe the excess off with a tissue every time...

  I loved that it's fragrance-free and colorless. The absorbs well was excellent. The texture is rich yet moisturizing, so there was no dryness when applied. It's gentle and non-irritating.
