The ingredients are impressive. I bought it with confidence since it's from a pharmaceutical company. It absorbs well on the skin. I'm not sure if it's because of the Centella Asiatica, but it causes a tingling sensation and feels dry even when layered. It's still dry even when I apply an emulsion underneath. My child's back, bottom, and elbows were covered in little bumps. We tried L**ense, B*oten, moisturizing, and even prescription creams from the dermatologist, but nothing worked. Surprisingly, Belprimio cleared it up in just 2 days! It feels like an ointment when you apply it, but the results are amazing. It provides excellent hydration. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. It has so many great qualities. If only the price could be a bit more affordable!

Moisturizers with just hydration aren't quite enough for the dead of winter. My husband and I both use it together! It worked wonders for my husband with his good skin, but I noticed some small blemishes appearing on my forehead. Now I'm focusing on applying it to my cheeks and smile lines. The texture is like whipped cream, applying a thin protective layer on the skin. It's fragrance-free, which is a plus. The best part is how comfortable my skin felt after application - no irritation or heaviness. Among gentle moisturizers, this and Dermafactory B-Zero are the only ones that didn't cause any tingling. While B-Zero is lighter, this has more richness and hydration. It works great as an extra layer over B-Zero on extremely dry days when B-Zero alone isn't enough. Both products are gentle, but for me, B-Zero slightly edges out Belpriamo. Choose B-Zero for daily hydration, and Belpriamo for protecting extremely dry skin. Personally, I found using Belpriamo alone left my skin feeling slightly dehydrated, which sometimes led to a bit of warmth and redness. This product excels at skin protection. I've found it particularly effective when dealing with contact dermatitis or post-extraction wounds. For the first few days, it was fine and didn't cause any issues. However, recently when I apply it, my skin seems to react. Thinking my skin might be sensitive, I tried using it when my skin was in good condition, but it still caused a reaction. Everyone's experience may differ, but for me, it was really not great. It feels a bit thick when applied alone. I wouldn't recommend using it before makeup. It seems like it might cause pilling, and I'm not sure about how well it absorbs. Small bumps and blemishes start to appear on the skin. This cream has a rich feel, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin. It's more suitable for dry or very dry skin types. Surprisingly, it absorbs cleanly without leaving any residue on the skin. Even after some time, there was only a slight oiliness on my nose. My skin didn't feel dry either. The heavy texture might be too much for anyone who doesn't have really dry skin, especially when applying makeup. There are so many similar products like Illiyoon cream and Dictisnist cream, and the plain packaging doesn't make it stand out. I think adding a herbal or citrus scent and changing up the container design could help. It's disappointing that it doesn't come in a tube format. Mixing it with toner or ampoule improves how smoothly it absorbs into the skin.
