The Hwahae is great to apply before makeup. It is non-irritating as it is a physical sunscreen!! I definitely recommend it for sensitive and Hwahae skin types. It seems a bit less drying compared to other physical sunscreens.
Cons
Anyway, it's a bit dry to use in the middle of winter. It seems like it would be best to use it according to your own skin type.
Tip
Portion control is quite important. If you apply too much, it can actually become quite dry. You should only apply an amount about the size of the tip of your finger.
