It's incredibly suitable for oily scalps. Even when I wash my hair in the morning, it usually gets greasy by evening, but with this product, my hair stays fresh until night.
ConsIt does make your hair quite stiff. It's a bit better after drying, but if you're looking for a product that gives your hair a bouncy, flowing feel, this might not be the right choice for you.

When shampooing, you can feel the salt gently exfoliating without irritating the scalp. It definitely removes scalp oil effectively, which has significantly reduced my minor scalp blemishes. The neroli and orange scents are absolutely delightful, with a long-lasting fragrance. I love that it lathers well even with just a small amount.
ConsThe black pot packaging can be a bit inconvenient to use, so that's something to keep in mind. Also, like most Lush shampoos, it tends to leave hair feeling quite stiff after use, so I recommend using a conditioner.

True to Lush's style, a refreshing scent hits your nose as soon as you open it. It's reminiscent of the ocean, with hints of citrus perhaps? The fragrance lingers as if you've spritzed on a hair mist, and it has impressive staying power. The scent absolutely refuses to fade until your next wash. The best part is the rich, dense lather it creates! The foam is incredibly thick and creamy. Even with oily hair, it lathers up well, so you can wash effectively with just a small amount. What's truly amazing is how it tackled my dandruff problem. Before using this, I struggled with severe flaking, but after going through three tubs of Lush Big Shampoo, my dandruff improved dramatically. Now I live worry-free from flakes! It also seems to help with hair volume and shine.
ConsLike other Lush shampoos, the stiff after-feel is a bit disappointing. While the deep cleansing could be seen as a plus, it strips away oil so thoroughly that your hair squeaks like a freshly washed dish. This makes using conditioner an absolute must. Without it, running your fingers through your hair is impossible - a brush would get stuck immediately! The tub packaging means you have to scoop it out, which can be tricky to portion with wet hands. Inevitably, water gets in, and as you use it, a pool forms at the bottom, which feels a bit unsettling. The most critical drawback? Lush is just too expensive!
