The package is simple and the cap is also appealing, which I like.
If I had to point out a downside, it would be the price. Compared to the large-volume and affordable ceramide toner, this is definitely more expensive.

Even just applying one layer of toner, you can immediately feel your skin becoming hydrated.
The more layers you apply, the more plump and supple your skin will feel.
In the morning, you can finish your routine with just three layers of toner and a moisturizer, which is enough to provide excellent hydration.
Among the various ceramide toners from other brands that I've tried, this one seems to have the best moisturizing power.
For dry skin, the toner is perfect, and for combination/oily skin, the essence-type toner is just right for the current season.

It's so good! I just suddenly wanted to buy some rice-related products and picked this one. My skin was so dry and the moisture balance was completely off, and my face was even peeling... But I saw improvement almost immediately after using it. Even if you have oily skin, you should try it... It actually makes my makeup apply better and look nicer, so I really hope this product doesn't get discontinued. One of the reasons I chose it was because it's made with rice water, not just regular water, and I think I made a good choice. You should also get the cream. Using the cream together with the serum seems to have a great synergistic effect.

For dry skin types, apply the appropriate amount 2-3 times after cleansing.

When I apply the rice bran water to my skin, it feels very soft and not at all heavy, unlike Clinique's Moisture Surge, which can feel a bit oily. My skin doesn't feel suffocated and it's just right. It also helps with my inner dryness. I had a bit of folliculitis, but it didn't get any worse.

I have dry skin, but I loved it so much after trying it that I'm leaving a review. 
I usually use the Hwahae Green Tomato products, so I tried purchasing it, and it's so moisturizing and great.
Since it's winter, no matter how much I applied, it would dry out quickly, but when I layered it on a couple of times, the moisture is incredible, and the base applies smoothly.
There's no irritation, so it's the best for daily use.
