Firstly, it's a great help for redness! My skin barrier is quite weak, which leads to severe redness, but after using this product for two weeks, I noticed it gradually subsiding. While more noticeable changes might require longer use, I'm extremely satisfied that even after just two weeks, my skin seems less red. Secondly, the ingredients are safe. I felt more confident using this product knowing all the ingredients are safe. It contains niacinamide, so I didn't need to use a separate functional cosmetic. They say the skin barrier functions best at pH 4.5-5.5, and this product contains pH 4.5 cica, which I think really helped my sensitive skin.
ConsIn my case, applying it once on the forehead and twice elsewhere worked best. Due to slightly lacking hydration, when I applied it twice all over, I got some small bumps on my forehead. Also, if you apply makeup over this product, it tends to pill a bit. Before makeup, it's better to apply a thin layer or skip it altogether.
TipI used this along with Aestura's Atobarrier Cream. Perhaps because they're from the same brand, I felt they had a great synergistic effect!

Pump bottles can be tricky to control the amount, which I'm not a fan of. The product's texture is super hydrating, with probably 70-80% moisture content. It has a runny consistency that just glides on. As you can see from the photos I've attached, I started getting facial redness after I began working out, which was incredibly stressful. But after using this, it's improved dramatically! I've been using it for about two weeks, and I could visibly see improvement each time I applied it. If you use too much, it can pill, but with the right amount, your skin feels instantly soothed. I used to layer multiple applications of watery toners (especially in winter), but now I'm planning to switch to this instead.
ConsWhen I layer it under makeup, I find it pills for me. So I avoid using it then and only apply it before bed. Other than that, I have no complaints.
TipHere's an absolutely amazing tip for you! You know that melatonin cream they sell at pharmacies? Try using it together with this. The results are mind-blowing, I'm not exaggerating!

Even those with sensitive skin or redness can use it without worry. The moment you apply it, you can feel the moisturizing effect, making your skin feel at ease. It's not too heavy or sticky, so it's great for use both morning and night. Over time, you get the feeling that your skin barrier is naturally becoming stronger. Especially on days when you have deep dryness, applying this seems to noticeably stabilize your skin. I also like that the ingredients are gentle, so you can use it without worrying about blemishes. It's not overwhelming even when layered multiple times, so you can adjust according to your skin condition! I liked it so much after using it that I'm planning to gift it to my sister who has acne-prone skin!
ConsIt absorbs a bit slowly, so if you apply other products immediately after, it might pill sometimes. That's why it's important to pat it in thoroughly for absorption, which might feel a bit cumbersome when you're in a hurry. Still, I'm satisfied overall!
TipAfter cleansing, lightly prep your skin with toner, then dispense some onto your palm and warm it slightly with your body heat before applying - it absorbs much more smoothly this way. Especially when your skin is sensitive or feeling hot, keeping it in the fridge for a bit before use greatly enhances its soothing effect. On particularly dry days, applying once, waiting a bit, then layering again helps maintain hydration much longer. If you're using it before makeup, apply a thin layer and let it absorb fully to avoid pilling and achieve a flawless finish. Mixing it with your cream can help maintain moisture longer, which I recommend for winter use!
