As someone with dry skin, I usually have to redo my makeup when I use even slightly thick sunscreens because my foundation starts to flake off... But this sun serum has such a light, fluid emulsion-meets-ampoule texture that it absorbs into the skin instantly! After application, my skin feels so supple. There's zero white cast, making it feel more like I'm just applying a regular emulsion! Because of this, I've never had my foundation separate after using it. It's perfect! I think this would be amazing for other dry-skinned folks. Moreover, it feels incredibly gentle! As I mentioned, I sometimes get blemishes, but my skin has never reacted badly to this sun serum. The product claims to have a temporary pore-minimizing effect, and I definitely notice my pores looking a bit smaller when I look in the mirror after applying it! Could it be thanks to this sun serum? I haven't changed anything else in my skincare routine!
ConsI'm not sure about the cooling, soothing effects or the priming ingredients. I can't really tell if my makeup lasts longer or applies better because of this sun serum. Also, given that the formula is already so fluid, I'm a bit concerned that it might be a nano sunscreen if it contains fine priming particles. Lastly, the price is quite steep...
