At first, you might think "Huh?" because of the slight white cast, but if you layer it a few times, it looks absolutely gorgeous. I think it would work well for both warm and cool skin tones. If you feel the white cast is too strong, you can always apply a darker shade to the inner parts of your face for balance. It's definitely the product I reach for most these days.
ConsThere's not much to dislike, but it might come off easily? Those who don't like sticky textures might not be fans of this product.
