It's a water-based essence. Apply it after your toner by gently patting it onto your skin. It's not sticky and absorbs well. I love that it comes in a generous amount. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I didn't experience any blemishes. Recommended for all skin types.

Despite being triple-concentrated, it's not sticky or heavy at all like I expected. It has an almost water-like texture that glides effortlessly on the face. The formula is incredibly lightweight and finishes with a fresh feel, making it perfect for summer use. The dropper applicator makes it super convenient to apply, and the angled tip is a game-changer! Kudos to the packaging design - you'll likely be able to use every last drop with that dropper. While it boasts a brightening combo of galactomyces and niacinamide, don't expect instant results. With consistent use, though, your complexion should become noticeably clearer. Even with my slightly sensitive skin, I experienced no irritation or blemishes. Unless you're sensitive to fermented ingredients, this should be safe for most skin types. After using it for a while, I've noticed my skin texture feels smoother, and my complexion seems a bit brighter! I'm totally satisfied with everything except the price. Since I had a great experience with the previous Galac Niacin Essence, I was excited to try this new 3.0 version. The texture feels much lighter and absorbs more quickly than before, making it perfect for use even in summer without feeling heavy. It's moisturizing without being sticky, so I'm comfortable using it in the morning too. With consistent use, I think it'll be great for brightening and improving skin texture. I haven't experienced any blemishes or irritation, so I can use it comfortably even on days when my skin feels super sensitive. There wasn't anything I disliked about it. 유분 잡는데는 진짜 최고 유분에만 신경을 써서 피부결이나 미백쪽은 다른 후기 참고하시길! 피부 인생 최대의 고민인 좁쌀을 잡기위해 유분 조절, 항염 효과 때문에 나이아신아마이드는 꼭 루틴에 넣으려는데 미백 기능이라고 적힌 앰플이나 크림에는 나이아신이 2% 들어갔데서 그냥 따로 안발랐는데 유분기가 안잡히더라고요 나이아신으로 홍보하는 다른 앰플도 그런건지 다 쓰면 다른것도 써볼테지만 지금까진 진짜 최고 유분기 잡히니까 이마에 좁쌀도 덜 올라오고 아하나 바하로 각질제거 후 이거 싹 발라주면 이마는 개기름이랑 영원히 작별할 수 있음 마무리감은 오일리해 유분기때문에 유분이 잡히려나 의심스럽긴 한데 본인 기준으로 이마는 한 방울 이상 바르면 과하고 반방울 발라도 유분기 싹 잡혀요 나이아신때문에 다른 제품이랑 같이바르면 좀 녹는 느낌이 있어서 3분 정도는 기다렸다가 바르는거 추천 제형 무너지면 크림이 제 효능을 못하거든요 아니면 아예 목욕하는날은 습기찬 화장실 안에서 바르고 나오세요 그럼 유분기 안돌고 싹 말라서 바로 딱 크림 바르기 좋음 화장품에 별로 효과 기대안하는 편이라 그냥 컨디션 탔이겠거니 하고 안바른 날이랑, 각질제거한 날이랑 열댓번은 더 비교해봤는데 바른날만 유독히 에센스 후 겔이나 다른 크림을 발라도 이마에 적절한 유분기가 보송하게 올라와서 감동임 최고다... 근데 워낙 이마는 개기름 도는것 때문에 겔이나 수분크림, 로션 위주로 바르고 유분은 말리는 편이라 유분기 많은 크림은 어떨지 모르겠어요 아예 발라볼 생각을 하질않아서요 유명한 가성비 나이아신 템은 고함량이라 좀 쩍쩍한 마무리감인데 얜 밀리는거 1도 없었고 바르고 화장해도 이마에 유분 덜올라와서 좋았어요 파우더 처리는 했지만 12시간 정도 있었는데 개기름 하나도 안올라옴 (기초 바르고 2~3시간이면 기름종이 하나로 이마 다 닦을 수 있을정도 이마에 피지분비 장난아닌 사람) 여름에 썼을때는 유분을 잡는다기보다 번들거림이 커서 잠시 넣어뒀어요 수분감 가득은 아니에요 워터리한 제형이지만 수분을 중점으로한 다른 에센스랑 앰플이랑 비교하기엔 턱없이 부족해요 꼭 다른 보습제품과 궁합을 맞춰서 사용해 마무리 하시길! 가격 부분은 올영 라스트픽까지 가면 3.0말고 다른 버전은 엄청 저렴하던데 역시 가격은 좀 아쉽긴하죠 간혹 붉게 올라오는 경우가 있는데 나이아신때문에 그런거라 몇 번 더 쓰면 괜찮아졌어요 또 나이아신때메 작열감도 있을 수 있으니 적응이 필요합니다!! 여름엔 비추천 해요 제형이 조금 오일리해서 습도가 높은 여름에는 오히려 유분기가 더 올라와서 저는 여름 제외 사용하고있어요 환절기나 겨울에 겉도는 유분은 확 잡아주기때문에 이 시기에 사용하시면 체감이 확 되실거에요! 그렇다고 너무 많이 바르지 말고 오일 컨트롤 잘 되는 본인만의 양을 찾으시면 더 효과적이에요!

She says it feels amazing! It absorbs well and quickly, without feeling heavy on the skin like some products do.
