(The Hwahae Testers) ▪️How to take: For best results, take with lukewarm water 10 minutes before meals. ▪️Taste: 5/5 stars It tastes like roasted soybean powder, so it's not off-putting at all. In fact, it's deliciously nutty. ▪️Ingredients: 5/5 stars Instead of prebiotics (food for probiotics), it contains dietary fibers (psyllium husk powder, Jerusalem artichoke extract powder, gum arabic) that work similarly. Enzymes: It contains fermented enzymes (paro fermented powder, Food Enzyme M4, Aspergillus fermented powder alpha/pro) rather than refined enzymes. Additives: It only includes common food additives like artificial flavors, propylene glycol, silicon dioxide, and ethanol, which are frequently used in food products. ▪️Review My usual diet: I often eat foods high in fat and carbs, and I tend to overeat. Taking this enzyme before every lunch, I noticed that my digestion felt much better after meals. Before, even if I walked around trying to aid digestion, I'd still feel bloated and uncomfortable after eating. Now, my food digests well and I feel lighter, which I'm really happy about. Although I didn't notice a big difference in weight loss due to the short period, I plan to keep taking the remaining capsules.
