As someone with a job that involves frequent business trips, I spend 1-2 days away from home at least once a week. My work is quite demanding, often requiring outdoor activities and a lot of walking (averaging around 20,000 steps during trips). This can be exhausting, and I often end up skipping meals. When I'm stressed, my digestion suffers, making it harder to work, so I sometimes skip meals intentionally. Especially during summer or seasonal changes like now, I tend to lose my appetite, skip meals during the day, and then overeat in the evening when I finally feel more relaxed. Fortunately, I received Herbeio Paro Enzyme as a gift, which gave me a great opportunity to try it out and write this review. I've been consistently taking it at lunchtime for about a week, and here's my honest feedback: 1. Simple and high-quality ingredients Recently, due to the changing seasons and increased workload, I've been feeling low on energy from stress. I often skip lunch and overeat at dinner, going to bed with undigested food and waking up feeling bloated and uncomfortable. This led to a cycle of skipping meals and overeating. However, when I started taking Paro Enzyme at lunchtime, especially when I didn't have an appetite or felt bloated from overeating the night before, it made me feel like I was taking care of my health. It also helped prevent extreme hunger in the evening, allowing me to control my overeating. I gradually noticed improved digestion. At first, I thought it might be just a placebo effect, but I learned that Paro is rich in resistant starch and dietary fiber, which helps prevent blood sugar spikes and manages blood sugar levels due to its low carbohydrate and sugar content. I was amazed to personally experience these digestive benefits every time I took Herbeio Paro Enzyme. Moreover, Herbeio Paro Enzyme is HACCP certified and uses fermented enzymes instead of refined ones, which I believe maximizes the benefits of Paro enzyme. 2. Delicious taste No matter how good the ingredients are or how much a product is advertised as healthy, if it doesn't taste good, most people would stop taking it after a few days. However, Herbeio Paro Enzyme has a deliciously nutty flavor and goes down smoothly, making it easy to consume without any aversion. Unlike some similar products that leave a chalky aftertaste, Herbeio Paro Enzyme offers the same nuttiness but finishes clean, which I really appreciate. Additionally, despite its great taste, it's low in calories, making it an ideal choice for those like me who are mindful of their calorie intake. 1. No drawbacks found Since this product is so convenient and easy to consume, I haven't discovered any drawbacks yet. If I do find any, I'll make sure to update my review! Take one when you're hungry or feeling a bit peckish!
