Pros
I've been using this toner consistently for over 3 years. It's not a hydrating toner, but rather a sebum/oil control toner for oily skin types. As a normal-skinned person, I use it to wipe away any remaining impurities after cleansing by applying it to a cotton pad. Its main advantage is its excellent ability to remove excess oil and control sebum. I've been using it for a long time without experiencing any breakouts or irritation. I would recommend this to those with oily skin.

Pros
The good thing is that I have sensitive (acne-prone) + dry skin. I have a lot of blackheads in the T-zone (especially around the nose), but honestly, after using this, the blackheads haven't disappeared, but the surrounding area has become softer, for about 3-4 hours..?
Cons
To be honest, I bought it because it was said to help reduce pores, but the effect is not that great. The reason I repurchase it is because the scent is nice. Another disappointing point is that even though I've been using it for almost 10 bottles over 2 years, the moisturizing effect only lasts for less than a minute after use.
Tip
Wipe the area that needs pore reduction 1-2 times more, and then place it on top (of the blackheads). The color will fade and it will become smooth!

Among the type of toners that you wipe off, this one seems to be just moderately usable. Since I have combination skin that gets oily on the surface and occasionally gets blemishes, the volcanic rock powder in it seems to make my pores feel cleaner.
Cons
It gives an oil-blotting feeling, so it feels refreshing, but the moisturizing sensation is a bit lacking.
Tip
Wiping it off with a cotton pad and then using a liquid type toner once more before applying a lotion or moisturizer can help supplement the moisturizing feeling a bit.

When I first used it, I think I was fascinated. When you shake it and use it, there's a feeling that all the impurities are being washed away? It feels like it's getting clean.

I recently went on a trip and tried the sample I had received earlier... Unexpectedly, it turned out to be a great whitehead remover! But I don't want to show you the pore shots as that would be too disgusting, so I'll keep it blurred out. (It's not that extreme, but my skin is really stressed) After cleansing, the whiteheads just pop up, right? No matter if you use a cotton swab or your nails, they just won't budge (when you're trying to remove them naturally without using peel-off masks or the like). But if you soak a cotton pad with this toner and gently wipe, the sebum just slides right out, just like with a peel-off mask... I'm not sure what ingredient causes this, but this is an unexpected gem for whitehead removal. After diligently wiping with this, the cotton pad gets all dirty. It's not a one-time thing either - I've been using it for about 5 days and it's always the same. When I try using my previous toner, I don't get the same effect.

Hmm... Since this is a pore toner, it might be a bit drying. I'll need to replenish moisture with a lotion.
Tip
After cleansing, when the whiteheads pop up, just soak a cotton pad with this toner and concentrate on the whiteheads - they'll just slide right out! Even scrubs and the Cha-en-Pak peel-off masks couldn't remove the whiteheads completely, but this works like magic...
