I've been using this toner consistently for over 3 years. It's not a hydrating toner, but rather a sebum/oil control toner for oily skin types. As a normal-skinned person, I use it to wipe away any remaining impurities after cleansing by applying it to a cotton pad. If you wipe off any skin residue or excess oil, it's great! It's good to use after removing sebum to help shrink pores.
Cons
Don't expect moisturizing properties from a toner. Use it to cleanse your pores and wipe away any remaining residue on your skin!
Tip
After removing sebum, thoroughly soak a cotton pad with toner and apply it to the reddened nose area. (Of course, use a cotton pad made of a material that doesn't evaporate easily) I wipe the nose bridge, sides, and forehead - the areas with large pores - after cleansing, and then proceed with my skincare routine.

It seems to be good for use by Jeseong. The powder that settles at the bottom seems to help control sebum.
Cons
When I finish this, I'm going to switch back to the Etude Wonder Pore line I used before. All things considered, the Wonder Pore seems much better.
Tip
Don't shake it up and down, but lay it down and gently shake it side to side. That way, no bubbles will form and it will mix well.
