Pros
I've been using this product for about 3 bottles! After using the cleansing foam, my skin always felt very tight, so I was looking for a cleansing gel and ended up using this one! They say that since it's a gel, it doesn't lather well, but this product foams up just the right amount, and there's no tightness, and the cleansing power seems good too! Even after wiping with a toner, it feels clean haha. And the fragrance isn't completely absent, but it's not an artificial, off-putting scent either, so I liked it. My boyfriend is also using it without any trouble! So I actually thought the ingredients were good, but there are a few ingredients I need to be careful about.
Cons
I've used it for several bottles, but there wasn't really anything disappointing about it.
Tip
When I don't have cleansing oil, I use this first on my dry face, and then use it again with water to create a lather, and it rinses off cleanly enough!

Pros
First, since I didn't do separate makeup, I've been using just water to cleanse my face without using a foam cleanser. My skin has improved a lot compared to when I used a foam cleanser before, and even though I cleanse gently, the skin barrier can be compromised, so with just water cleansing, the barrier doesn't get broken and I had fewer breakouts. The oil was a bit uncomfortable at first, but it seems to be getting less greasy over time. However, in the summer, if I have to apply even a mild sunscreen, cleansing with a strong cleansing product would instantly break down the skin barrier again... So while I was pondering this, I came across the Vichy foam cleanser, which is known to have good cleansing power but relatively low irritation as a gel-type. The cleansing power was really great, and even when I gently massaged, the sunscreen was completely removed without compromising the skin barrier! It was amazing! Another thing I really loved was the scent - it's just so lovely. I ended up giving it a high score in an area I didn't even expect. If you want deep cleansing while minimizing irritation to the skin, and you also want a refreshing scent when cleansing that makes you feel really clean, I'd recommend this product! The only reason I took off one star is that as someone who loves water cleansing, any cleansing that strips the skin's natural barrier, even if it's mild, is a bit of a concern for me. But Vichy, you're still an excellent product!

Hmm, as for the downsides, there's no "Aha, this is it!" kind of thing, but the foam isn't as voluminous as expected. But since this product is a gel-type, not a foam, that's not really an issue. In conclusion, this is an excellent product without any real downsides. You might feel the amount is a bit small, but since I don't use cleansing products daily and don't feel the need for super bubbly cleansing, the amount was sufficient for me. There are really no significant downsides - it's a great product!
Tip
If you want to get more foam, you can just add a little water and gently rub it in your palms, and the foam will become really voluminous. As a gel-type, you can massage it into your face gently, and let's all work towards achieving clear, radiant skin!

I'm not sure how many bottles I've used so far. This is my favorite cleansing gel. When I have light makeup on, I cleanse everything with this, and when I have heavy makeup, I use it as a secondary cleanser. I also use this for my morning face wash. Even without separate exfoliation, my skin stays smooth. Whenever I try using something else when I can't find this, I always end up with breakouts. But I rarely get breakouts when I use this.
Cons
They say the ingredients aren't good, but it works so well for me that I'll keep using it. It might be too harsh for sensitive skin.
