Pros
The gel type formula was especially good for me in the summer. After using it, my skin doesn't get dry, and it feels moisturized, but surprisingly, the cleansing power is also good. If I just use this for cleansing and then wipe with the Bioderma cleansing water, there's no residue and my skin is clean. I've never had any breakouts while using this. Overall, I'm satisfied. If I don't find an even better product, I think I'll keep using this.

When I first used it, it seemed good that the finish was less irritating than the cleansing foam I had used before. Personally, I don't really like a squeaky-clean feeling, so after rinsing it off, I felt like it was slightly soft and gentle. I also had some expectations since it was described as a mildly acidic cleansing foam.
Cons

After using this product, I developed facial flushing and headaches. The flushing kept getting worse, so I had to go to a dermatologist. Even with my basic skincare routine, my skin felt irritated and uncomfortable. I really struggled through those difficult days. Please, those with sensitive skin, do not use this. After I finally stopped using this product, my skin started to return to its normal state. The ingredients are really bad, and this is an item that should not be used.

Pros
The lather is great, and most importantly, it cleans well and rinses off easily with water.
Cons
I'm not sure if it's because my skin is sensitive, but there were times when it felt irritating, and there were some bumps around my eyes. So I thought I shouldn't use this too often.

Although this is a mildly acidic cleansing product, it has excellent cleansing power and leaves a refreshing feeling on the skin after cleansing, without any tightness. Even without applying anything after cleansing, there is hardly any tightness or oiliness on my face. For reference, I have oily skin.
Cons
Those with atopic or sensitive skin types may want to think a bit more before using this product. Even though my skin is sensitive, I've never really bought cleansing products that I've been careful about. I've mainly purchased and used products with good cleansing power like Perfect Whip. But suddenly, my face started feeling tight and hives-like bumps kept appearing all over my face. The redness also got worse, and I was really stressed out. So I changed the basic skincare products and cleansers I had been using for about a year. One of them was the Vichy Normaderm Mild Acid Gel. I heard that the mild acidity is gentle, so I bought and used it, but for three days my skin felt so stinging that I thought I was going to die. But I'm the type who tries a product for at least 2 weeks, even if it doesn't work for me at first, and I keep using it for up to a month. And as I used this product for more than a week, I gradually got used to it, and the hives disappeared completely, and my skin got much better than before. Of course, changing the basic skincare helped, but I think this product played a big role. A lot of people stop using a product right away if their face feels stinging and red for a day or two, but I recommend trying it for a long time. This is a product I'm completely satisfied with, and I'm definitely going to repurchase it!!!^^

After cleansing, the skin doesn't feel dry or overly stripped like with foaming cleansers, so I think this mild acid cleanser is a good fit. It's easy to lightly remove during the second cleanse.
Cons
The cleansing power is almost negligible. And even though it claims to be a mild acid product, when I use it to create a lather for the second cleanse, my skin always feels irritated and blotchy. And the areas that are a bit more sensitive sting a bit when cleansing with the lather. I don't understand why, since it's not an exfoliating product. I've tried other mild cleansers before since I have sensitive skin, and I've used up over 2 bottles of this, but looking at the ingredients, I realize I've essentially been using an exfoliating product, not a cleanser. I definitely won't be repurchasing this again.

Pros
It's sensitive to fragrance, but it's quite mild!!!!! Deep cleansing works well.
Cons
The deep cleansing feels too thorough, everything gets cleaned off ㅠㅠㅠ It was stinging on my face at first, but I'm just using it since I don't want to waste the money.
