Pros
I always come back to this product after trying other things... I've been using it for over 3 years!! The pros are: first, it's gentle; second, it doesn't make my face feel tight; third, it has ingredients that help care for my oily skin and exfoliate.
Cons
It felt a bit slippery, but it's much better than feeling sticky.
Tip
It's also great to mix in a drop of tea tree oil when cleansing.

The product lathers well even with a small amount The skin doesn't feel tight after cleansing The scent is barely noticeable, so there's no aversion to it

I prefer dense, creamy lather and effective cleansing power, so the thin, watery lather and slippery feeling after cleansing weren't ideal for me. The color and texture are reminiscent of old-fashioned detergents, and with the coloring in the cleansing product, it becomes a hassle to rotate through multiple cleansers on the vanity. I'll probably end up not using it all and having to discard it past the expiration date

Pros
This was the first product I tried, as my friend told me to write about it since they bought it on a 1+1 deal. As I have combination skin, I usually use cleansers with strong cleansing power, but this mild acidic cleanser definitely had less drying and tightening effects after use. I mainly used it as a second cleanse after the first oil cleansing step. It only took 2 pumps to get a rich, foamy lather, which was impressive for a mild acidic product. I think this would be more suitable for my combination skin during seasonal changes and winter.
Cons
Being a mild acidic product, there was a slightly slippery feeling when rinsing it off, and I had to rinse it more thoroughly. Also, I didn't realize until I finished the whole bottle that it contains 7 caution ingredients.
Tip
When I used this cleanser together with a silicone vibrating cleansing device for the second cleansing step, instead of just using my hands, the cleansing power was even better. And since it's a mild acidic product, it didn't dry out my skin, so I think long-term use was more beneficial for my skin.

I use it for my morning facial cleansing. When I have milia (small white bumps), it seems to help alleviate them.
Cons
After cleansing, there's more of a slippery feeling rather than a squeaky clean one... It kind of feels like I didn't wash thoroughly enough, but at the same time, it feels moisturized.

Even though I have dry skin, other cleansers usually leave my skin feeling very tight after washing, but this one doesn't have that tightness, and it cleanses well.

I've been using this product consistently for 5 years now. I have oily, sensitive, and acne-prone skin, and I've tried many different cleansers over the years, but Vichy has worked the best for me. I would sometimes get tired of using it and switch to something else, but then my skin would break out again, so I ended up coming back to Vichy. I've been using it for over 5 years now, and it's been a reliable and long-lasting product that I can recommend.
Cons
Since it's a gel type, it's a bit harder to get a good lather compared to a foam cleanser. And when I first started using it, there was a bit of a slippery feeling left on my face even after rinsing, which was a bit surprising. But I got used to it the more I continued using it.
