  Pros

  I've been using this for my morning cleanse. The low pH formula seems to suit me well - previously even foam cleansers would make my face tingle, but this one feels just right.

  Cons

  I usually order this product from Coupang, but sometimes it comes with what seems like micro-plastics inside. The quality isn't consistent across batches.

  Tip

  It's great for morning cleansing. In the evening, I use it as my first cleanse, followed by a foam cleanser for a double cleanse routine.

  I have super sensitive skin, but this works well for me. It's great that it doesn't sting much even if it gets in my eyes.

  Cons

  There's not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, the feeling when washing might take some getting used to.

  Tip

  For removing eye makeup, squeeze some onto a cotton swab and wipe your eyes. It removes makeup really effectively.

  I've been using this for four years now after my dermatologist recommended it. It's a product that reduces the tight, dry feeling right after washing when the water evaporates. And it doesn't sting my eyes either, which is great!

  Cons

  If you have oily skin, you might want to avoid this... My friends who've tried it occasionally weren't too fond of it. They felt like it didn't cleanse thoroughly enough.

  Tip

  For a super clean feel, use a cleansing emulsion first, then rinse with water, and follow up with Cetaphil cleanser twice!

  My skin is dry and sensitive, so I've tried natural soaps for morning cleansing (too drying) and water-only cleansing (oily T-zone). I wasn't satisfied until I found this product - it's perfect for morning cleansing! It leaves my skin feeling incredibly hydrated and soft while effectively removing excess oil. Plus, there's no tingling or irritation at all.

  Cons

  There's not much to dislike. I'm really fond of this product. It's like Cetaphil, but even better!

  Although I was a bit concerned about the chemical surfactants in the ingredients, I experienced no eye irritation or tingling when using it as a cleanser. True to its reputation, it's gentle and less irritating to the skin, which I'm really satisfied with!

  The product concept involves minimal foam, which I'm still getting used to. Particularly, the formula is so thin that it tends to run down during washing, seeming a bit wasteful. (But I'll have to put up with it since the price is so affordable.)

  Pros

  As someone sensitive to fragrances, I was satisfied that this product is unscented. Some people mentioned a tingling sensation, but I didn't experience any irritation at all. I was pleased that my skin didn't feel tight after cleansing. However, there was a slightly slippery feeling... which I consider a good thing! But if you prefer that squeaky clean feeling, you might not like this. Also, the quantity is generous, so it should last a long time! It's a great deal when you buy it on sale.

  It doesn't lather at all. Since there's no foam, it's hard to gauge how many pumps to use. I ended up using 3-4 pumps and massaging it onto my face. Strangely, while it seemed to help with larger blemishes, I started getting lots of tiny pimples, and my skin felt bumpy to the touch. I have sensitive skin that often reacts to new products, so I thought I'd give it a week to adjust. But now, two weeks in, there's no improvement, so I think I'll have to stop using it.

  This is a highly satisfying cleanser. I've been using their cream regularly, so I had no hesitation trying this for the first time, and it turned out to be quite good. The value for money is excellent with its generous volume. When cleansing, there's no burning sensation or irritation - it cleanses gently. I appreciate how mild it is on the skin.

  If there's a slight downside, it's that the cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly outstanding. After washing, you don't get that super clean feeling.   As someone who suffered from severe acne in my early 20s, my skin now at 34 is better than most people in their 20s. I used Proactiv for a long time, which thinned my skin, but fortunately didn't leave acne scars. Instead, I was left with severe redness. While I'm not sure if this product helped clear my acne (diet plays a crucial role), I believe it significantly improved my redness. For those with super sensitive skin who are bombarded with marketing, absolutely avoid scrubs and foaming cleansers that leave your skin squeaky clean. I haven't used scrubs on my body or face for over a decade. Even just using Cetaphil on my body (though it might feel less satisfying) keeps me perfectly clean. You don't need to deliberately remove dead skin cells from your face either - they'll naturally shed when it's time. Anyway, this product has been a blessing for me.

  Cons

  It runs out too quickly... And I wish I could see how much product is left inside.

  Tip

  I rarely wear makeup. I especially avoid base makeup because foundation or powder tends to make my skin look messier. I only apply sunscreen and then go straight to eyeliner and mascara. On the rare occasions I wear foundation, maybe once or twice a year, I use this product on a tissue to remove it immediately. It works well even without water.
