Pros

Pros
I've been using this product for four years now, recommended by a dermatologist. After washing, the tight, dry feeling is much less noticeable, and it doesn't sting my eyes at all. Haha.
Cons
Those with oily skin may want to avoid this. My friends have tried it and didn't really like it, saying it didn't feel fully cleansed.

This is a quite satisfactory cleanser. I've been using the cream regularly, so I didn't have any reservations about using it for the first time, and it turned out well. Pros
I was a terrible acne sufferer in my early 20s, but now at 34, my skin is better than most 20-year-olds. When I had acne, I used Proactiv skincare products long-term, which thinned my skin to the point of being paper-like, but fortunately, I didn't have any acne scars left, just severe redness. I'm not sure if this product helped clear my acne (diet control is crucial for acne), but I do think it significantly improved my redness. Highly advertised 'ultra-sensitive' skin should absolutely avoid scrubs. It's best to avoid that bubbly, squeaky-clean feeling. I also never scrub my body - I haven't used body scrubs in over 10 years. Cleansing with just Cetaphil (though it may feel a bit sticky) keeps my body perfectly clean without any dirt. I also don't actively remove facial flakes, as they naturally shed in due course. Anyway, this has been a grateful product for me.

Tip
I hardly wear any makeup. I especially don't do any face makeup, as foundation or powder just makes my skin look dirtier. I only apply sunscreen and do a quick eyeliner and mascara, and maybe wear foundation once or twice a year, but I immediately wipe it off with a tissue. It works fine without water.
