Pros

I bought it because of the rave reviews, but I feel strange every time I use it.
Cons
First, it's slippery. Second, it doesn't lather well. Third, I'm not sure if it cleans properly. Fourth, I don't know what it removes. Pros
I've changed my cleanser three times this month - an enzyme cleanser, an alkaline cleanser, and then Cetaphil's mild acidic gel cleanser. The enzyme cleanser was good at first, but using it daily ended up being irritating, and I started getting a lot of closed comedones. So I switched to the alkaline foam cleanser, but that made the closed comedones even worse. That's when I bought Cetaphil. Using Cetaphil, the closed comedones have calmed down a lot and many have even disappeared. I think gel cleansers suit me better than foams. I've seen a lot of gel cleansers from popular brands like Vichy, Avène, and Bioderma, so I wanted to try a new formula. I got the affordable Cetaphil and it seems I can finally end my nomadic cleansing routine.
Cons
Although the slippery feeling when washing isn't great, it seems gentle enough that I'm tolerating it for now.

Pros
I suddenly had an allergic reaction and got something like small pimples on my face, but after using this cleanser for about 3 days, the skin trouble quickly subsided! Since then, I've been using it whenever I have trouble.
Cons
Since they made it gentle, it doesn't lather much and feels slippery, so I don't get the feeling of being thoroughly cleansed when washing my face!
