Applying it before eyeshadow enhances color payoff. Though the quantity seems small, you only need a little, so it lasts quite long.
ConsIt smudges... It really smudges... While it does make eyeshadow colors more vivid, honestly, an eye primer should prevent smudging along with enhancing color. Even when applied to the outer corners and aegyo sal area, it still smudges over time. It also feels slightly oily.

My eye area tends to get oily, or maybe I squint a lot... but without this, the skin under my eyes darkens quickly. With this on, though, I look fresh all day long! Even though the amount seems small, it lasts quite a while - maybe because I don't wear makeup often. Plus, it's so affordable!
ConsThe container is like a nail polish bottle, but the applicator doesn't bend well. When you're almost finished, you can't scrape the product stuck to the bottom and sides. This seems to be the only drawback, though? It's such a waste... I feel reluctant to throw it away...
TipFor best results, apply in this order: eye primer, eye makeup (excluding mascara), no-sebum powder, then mascara. Trust me, it really prevents smudging!

Although it may look small, you only need to apply a tiny amount around the eyes, so it lasts a really long time. It's an absolute must-have for those who struggle with smudging mascara or eyeliner. The difference in smudging when you use this versus when you don't is night and day.
ConsYou really need to take your time to apply a thin, even layer. If you're in a rush and slap it on carelessly, your makeup can clump. For best results, follow up with a light dusting of powder to set it.

The application is smooth - you can easily dab it on with the tip and blend with your fingers. It's clean and user-friendly. The packaging is pretty, and you get a generous amount for the price. Unless you're using it daily, it should last quite a while. I have super sensitive skin, but experienced no irritation. The eyeshadow staying power seems decent. I have oily skin, and when I apply darker shadows around my eyes, they usually smudge over time, but this seems to reduce that effect!
ConsWhen I use this over the Make P:rem Sun Fluid as a base, it tends to clump if I rub it in where the sunscreen is on my eyes. If you apply eyeshadow immediately after this product without letting it dry, the shadow doesn't go on smoothly. It seems you need to wait a bit before applying shadow.
TipFor those with oily eyelids who use darker eyeshadows, I recommend trying this. It helps reduce panda-eye smudging!

ConsThis product makes me reconsider the role of a primer. Why does my eye makeup still smudge despite using it? It doesn't seem to control oil well. I ended up tossing it after just a few uses...

I've since switched to MAC Paint Pot, but... The biggest advantage is its very affordable price. At first, it makes your eyelids slightly sticky, helping eyeshadow adhere well. Later, it dries down to set the makeup. The longevity is better than wearing no primer at all. Since this was my first primer, I used it for a long time and consistently. It's a solid, reliable product. I have very oily eyelids... so even with this, my makeup would still smudge and crease, but it was definitely better than wearing nothing.
ConsFirst off, its priming function is weak. It doesn't do a great job of evening out eyelid color (in summer, it even separates slightly, with white powder clumping on the eyelids, making the color uneven). It's surprisingly oily, so for oily skin like mine, its fixing ability wasn't particularly impressive. Also, if it gets into your eyes, it causes redness, stinging, and tearing up.
TipIf price is important to you, it's not a bad option to try. I used it well when I was a student! *Personally, I've also tried Urban Decay and MAC Paint Pot primers, so feel free to read those reviews while you're here! Urban Decay applies more thinly and smoothly. It's relatively less sticky, making it good for applying sheer eyeshadow and blending. However, it couldn't completely prevent creasing on my oily eyelids (purple tube). MAC Paint Pot (Soft Ochre) has a sticky, concealer-like texture. It perfectly evens out eyelid color, and once it dries, it really doesn't budge. It's the first crease-free primer I've found, making it a holy grail for someone like me who hates touch-ups. The trade-off is that color payoff suddenly becomes more intense (personal preference) and blending can be a bit difficult if you don't carefully lay down a base shadow. And a minor drawback... sometimes in the evening, when the rest of my makeup has faded, only my eye makeup remains vibrant, which can look a bit odd!

It's affordable and the quantity is generous, so it lasts quite a while. The color isn't stark white, but has a slight flesh tone, making it look natural when applied around the eyes. It really enhances the pigmentation and staying power of eyeshadows! This is a trusty product I use consistently.
ConsWhen I first used it, my eyes felt a bit itchy. This went away with continued use, though. It's inconvenient to get the product out when it's almost finished - the container walls make it tricky. The applicator tip isn't particularly thin, and it fits snugly in the opening, making it difficult to stir the product.

A little goes a long way, so it lasts quite a while. The applicator tip makes it easy to control the amount, and when applied thinly, it leaves a slightly moisturized yet matte finish that's perfect for eyeshadow application.
Cons1. The product tip is unnecessarily long, which is inconvenient and takes up space. 2. Compared to other eye primers, it's somewhat lacking in functionality, particularly in preventing excess eyeshadow fallout.
TipIt's worth trying once, but personally, I'd recommend products from Missha or VDL instead.

One bottle lasts surprisingly long, and for this price, it's a real gem that makes your makeup routine so much easier!
ConsI've never experienced any blemishes with this, nor have I felt any discomfort using it. I tried another product on sale, but it was way too sticky, so I came right back to this one!
