It's absolutely fantastic and keeps my eye makeup in place all day long. Opened in March 2023 - the eyeshadow pigmentation and adherence are top-notch!
ConsIt's disappointing that it contains some cautionary ingredients, and it's a shame that it tends to dry out quickly!

My eyes are very oily, and even with famous eye primers and powder, creasing occurs before half a day passes. I've resigned myself to either constantly touching up or living with the creases. Due to the oil in my double eyelid line, eyeliner and mascara often smudge down to my aegyo-sal (under-eye fat pad). My eyes also tear easily, so the tail of my eye makeup always smudges. Because of how prone to smudging my eyes are, I don't usually fill in my waterline for everyday looks. ✏ Affordable and effective eye primer I'm not saying this eye primer completely eliminates oil from my eyes, making my eye makeup last forever. No matter how I adjust the amount, like all eye primers, it still creases in my double eyelid fold. However, compared to famous and supposedly effective eye primers like VDL or Urban Decay, or even cream shadows used as primers, which all creased terribly on my eyes, this product offers better value for money. That's why I'd recommend it.
ConsThe jar-shaped container doesn't seem suitable for checking if you've used up all the product. Rather than feeling like you've finished it completely, you're left wondering if you can't get any more out because it's all gone or because it's dried up.
TipIt seems like I'm praising mineral sunscreen in every review, but since I started using it, I don't really need to use primers or eye primers anymore. I get similar effects to using primer-type products. (This doesn't mean it perfectly controls oil.) If you don't want to buy a separate eye primer but want to control oil somewhat, try a mineral sunscreen that works well with your foundation.

The case is pretty though. It doesn't necessarily enhance the color payoff, but it definitely has a setting effect.
ConsIt doesn't improve color intensity. While it does set the makeup, it doesn't prevent smudging. Looks like I can't escape the panda eyes! Darn!

I'd say the best thing about this primer is its value for money!
ConsThe liquid dries up so quickly... And strangely, this primer gets caught in my double eyelids. What? That's why I had to give up using it!

ConsWhile there's nothing particularly disappointing, it does tend to harden a bit if used for a long time.

It prevented any creasing on my eyelids!
ConsIt dries quickly and has a thick consistency that tends to clump. The performance is exactly what you'd expect for its price point...

The eyeshadow applies with great color payoff, and while I usually use a pencil liner for my eyeliner, it doesn't completely prevent smudging, but it does have pretty strong staying power. Once you start using it, you'll hate doing eye makeup without a primer.
ConsIt's a bit on the oily side, so if you apply makeup before it's completely dry, you might experience some pilling. As it dries, it can make the eye area feel tight and occasionally itchy due to the dryness.

It also appears to minimize product buildup between eyelid creases.
ConsWhile it prevents eyeliner and eyeshadow from smudging or creasing, why does the base makeup still settle into the eyelids and lashes? The primer also takes longer to dry than expected. I've found that applying Innisfree No Sebum Blur Powder over my base makeup and gently sweeping it across my eyelids before applying eye makeup actually works better at preventing smudging and causes less irritation around the eyes.

It definitely stays put and looks great when I use a primer! Plus, it's a bargain at around $5-6.
ConsAfter using it for a while, I noticed some parts seem to have hardened a bit.

While I now use it for purposes other than eye makeup, I'll share my experience with its intended use too. For eyeshadow: It prevented smudging and color fading, maintaining the look well. Like all primers, it intensified the eyeshadow color. However, I couldn't completely prevent darker shades from spreading slightly under the outer corners - though it was much better than without primer. For eyeliner: I've tried it with gel and brush-pen types, and it keeps them in place wonderfully! Pay extra attention to the outer corners where oil tends to accumulate. Apply thin layers, allowing each to dry before adding another, to prevent clumping. I'll skip the mascara part as I'm not a regular user.
ConsThe formula thickens slightly over time, but it's not a major inconvenience. The main drawback is the difficulty in checking how much product is left. Despite the container not being completely opaque, the primer seems to dry and stick to the inside, making it impossible to gauge the remaining amount by shaking. Unfortunately, you can't clean the inside with the applicator either.
TipI've found another great use for this product that many might already know about - it's perfect for maintaining well-drawn but easily smudged eyebrows, especially when using pencil types. It's a godsend for those who struggle with brow application. Before applying your brow product, dab the primer on the front, bottom, and ends of your brows, then gently pat it in. Let it set for about 10 minutes while you dry your hair or do other tasks. The primed areas will feel slightly stiff. Brush your brows and apply your pencil - it will last incredibly long. I used to touch up my brows every 3 hours, but now I don't need to at all! Just be careful not to apply too much, or your brows might feel too stiff.
