Pros
Originally I used oils or balms, but I switched to a lotion because they said it's good for sensitive skin. It doesn't seem to have less cleansing power compared to oils or balms. It's not irritating to the skin and the application is convenient.
Cons
It's a bit drier than my previous product. The makeup on my face is fine, but I have to remove the eyeliner and mascara separately. But that's usually the case with other products too, so it's not a major issue.

The lotion is not irritating and has no oiliness, so it is good to use on acne-prone skin. Even for dry skin, it can be cleansed without drying.
Cons
The cleansing power is a bit lacking. I have to wipe it again with a cotton pad soaked in cleansing water and then do a double cleanse with a foam cleanser. And the presence of 3 harmful ingredients is a bit disappointing.
Tip
Wiping it with a makeup remover tissue and then wiping it off with a thick 5-ply cotton pad soaked in cleansing water, or wiping it off with a non-irritating cleansing tissue, makes it not slippery.

Pros
As someone with an oily complexion, I couldn't use oil-based products, especially in the summer... My skin would get so congested. So I switched to a gentle, lotion-type formula, and it was just wonderful. I didn't have any trouble at all!
Cons
The volume seems a bit small, so I feel like I'm using it up quickly... I wish they had a larger size option... And since it's not a tube, when the pump stops working, I just assume I've used it all up... But when I check, there's still some left...
