Pros
Since I have sensitive skin, I've been using milk and lotion-type cleansers instead of oil, and so far I haven't had any trouble. They have good cleansing power and are nice and lightweight to use.
Cons

It's great for a light cleansing! Lately, I've been wearing masks a lot and instead of doing makeup, I've been applying sunscreen frequently. Cleansing with just a foam cleanser felt inadequate, but using oil like when I do my full makeup routine also felt off. I happened to visit Olive Young during a sale and purchased this, and it was just perfect for my needs!
Cons
Wiping it off with tissues feels like it's damaging my skin (these days I'm trying to avoid using things like makeup pads on my skin because they can be irritating). Rinsing it off directly with water makes it feel slippery, like oil and water combined. Of course, using a foam cleanser again afterwards leaves my skin feeling fine, but it's somewhere in that middle ground between moisturized and slippery...

The cream-type formulation is not thick and doesn't drip, so it rinses off easily. When using it, I found it to be surprisingly gentle and there was hardly any irritation. Dust and excess oil were easily removed when cleansing. There was no tightness or irritation after washing my face. I personally preferred using it lightly in the morning rather than after going out or being active.

This product is truly amazing!! I've tried a lot of other good products like oils and creams, but most of them had less tightness but a strange oily and heavy feeling, and even caused some breakouts, so I didn't use them much. But this product is lightweight, moisturizing, and has less tightness!! When I used it consistently, the tightness disappeared and my skin texture became incredibly soft and smooth! Now I can't live without it, it's become my holy grail product!! It's really great for dehydrated skin! The product is thin, soft, and just the right consistency~ It feels this way, so it's great for wiping off makeup residue around the eyes or lips It seems to remove even strong waterproof products pretty well. I really, really strongly recommend this!! You have to try it I'm writing this review to widely share how great this product is

This is a good first cleanser for combination skin. My friend has oily skin and uses the Neutrogena cleansing cream, so this cleanser seems suitable for oily skin as well. It's moisturizing and lotion-like, but light and refreshing, and it removes makeup well. After double cleansing, my skin feels clean without any oily residue.
Cons
The only downside is that the ingredients are a bit disappointing, so I may not use this product regularly. As a lotion-type cleanser, it may not be as effective for blackhead and whitehead care compared to an oil-based cleanser.

I used to get clogged pores from using other brands' cleansing milks, but this product has a lightweight formula that doesn't leave a stuffy feeling when removing makeup. It also doesn't have an overpowering artificial fragrance, so it was comfortable to use. (I haven't experienced any major breakouts so far, and I'm on my second bottle.) + Sometimes when I roll it on, it feels like it's exfoliating, and the makeup seems to come off in clumps. I'm not sure what that's about. Also, since it's oil-free, it gets absorbed into the skin quickly, so I have to rinse it off right away.
Cons
As a milk-based product, it has a somewhat sticky, greasy feel, and even though I usually just use a basic moisturizer and powder foundation, I don't think it has exceptionally strong cleansing power.

Pros
It had good cleansing power and no tugging. On days when I just lightly put on makeup, I think this alone would be enough for cleansing. The water was a bit weak for cleansing, so I switched, and I like it.
Cons

This lotion-type product is great for my combination/sensitive skin. It applies lightly without feeling heavy. After cleansing and using the foam, there's no sticky or tight feeling at all - just a refreshing sensation. It doesn't pull or dry out my skin either.
