Pros
Since I have sensitive skin, I've been using milk and lotion-type cleansers instead of oil, and so far I haven't had any trouble. They have good cleansing power and are nice and lightweight to use.

It seems mild! The cleansing power is also better than expected. Of course, eye makeup needs to be removed separately with a makeup remover. I switched from using just cleansing water to using cream, and it definitely feels less irritating. And it was good because there was little oiliness and it felt refreshing.
Cons
I usually do light makeup (cushion, blush, eye makeup) so this was enough for me, but if I had used a primer or waterproof makeup in the summer, it might not have removed it well.

It's gentle and moisturizing, so you don't feel dry after using it! And the cleansing power is better than expected haha

It might feel a bit drying if you use it in the winter or if your skin tends to get very dry
