The makeup is removed very well. I usually don't do double cleansing, but on days when I only do skin makeup without eye makeup, this is so convenient to just use this for cleansing - the makeup comes off really well.

First, it seems good that there are no residual ingredients left behind, like with cleansing waters, oils, or creams. I don't wear mascara, but eyeliner and color cosmetics also seem to be well-removed.

There is a part where it can be confusing since the lather doesn't form very well, so I'm not sure if it's properly cleansed.

Squeeze out the gel and rub it in your hands (you don't need a lot of lather, just enough to spread it on your face). Apply it to your face without adding water. Gently rub it, even around the eyes, to remove your makeup, then rinse it off with warm water! That's the first step. The cleansing power is great. I use it to wipe my face with a cleansing tissue and then for my regular face wash, and it completely removes all residue - it feels really clean. As an atopic skin type with sensitive and dry skin, there's no tightness or irritation after washing.
Cons
If it weren't for this, it would be a 5-star product... The lather doesn't form well - there's no rich, creamy or fluffy foam. But the cleansing power is still effective, so I'm still using it.
