Pros
I've used it more than 3 times and have more than 4 bottles stocked up. Cleansing the skin with cleansing water first and then using this removes everything completely. There's no irritation at all, and I even use it in the morning. There's no tightness or greasiness, so it's extremely good.
Cons
There's nothing particularly bad. The fact that it needs to be shipped? But since it's cheaper to buy it in boxes online, it's still good.

Deep cleansing = After washing your face with water, gently pat it dry with a towel or tissue to remove some of the moisture. I used this as a second cleansing step after using a cleansing oil. So I wasn't really concerned about strong cleansing performance... The usage experience was very gentle. It's like a water-based soap... When you lather it up and wash your face, you have to rinse it off longer than regular soap, but it leaves a moisturized feeling.

Even though I get tempted to use other cleansers, I always end up coming back to this product. My skin is dry with an oily T-zone. If I don't pay attention for a few days, blackheads appear on my nose and whiteheads appear on my chin and below my lips - it's really frustrating. This product is so moisturizing even after cleansing, with no tightness. I usually follow up with {cleansing oil (for lip and eye makeup removal) -> cleansing water -> perfect whip cream cleanser -> this product or a mild acidic cleanser} ^^ I use this product with a pore brush about once a week, and it feels so deep-cleansing without any irritation. I always wait for a sale at Olive Young to stock up on this before it sells out.
Cons
The ingredients seem a bit concerning, but I still really like how thoroughly yet gently it cleanses. However, I feel like it's not quite strong enough to remove makeup, so I recommend pre-cleansing point makeup (lips and eyes), mascara, and foundation before using this.
