I've been using it for years, to the point where I can't even remember how many bottles I've gone through. There's no other cleanser like this one. While others are also good, the Baby Unscented is the best for me. It has no strong fragrance that some people may dislike, and it removes even waterproof makeup very well.
Cons
There's not really any downside, but if I had to say something, it would be that the area around the opening tends to dry out and get a bit crusty. You just have to check it regularly and rinse it off.
Tip
Sometimes they give you a pumping device as a free gift, and using that to cleanse your face makes the lather really nice and effective. It's also a multi-purpose cleanser, so you can use it as a body wash too.
