It has good cleansing power and is an all-in-one, so it's convenient. The ingredients are also good, so I've been using it consistently.

However, when using it as a shampoo, you have to use conditioner afterwards or it gets too stiff. If you don't clean the pump dispenser thoroughly, the product can clump up like jelly. Using this body wash, exfoliation is more effective compared to other body washes. Every time I shower with this product, I feel refreshed and soft, as if I've scrubbed off dead skin. The cleansing power is so strong that it almost stings the skin... But other than that, it's fine.
Cons
They say the ingredients are gentle, but as soon as I rinsed it off with water, my face and hands felt coated with a sticky, thick film. And a little while later, my skin felt so dry that it was about to crack. It was just too thick and drying. I even used my usual gentle toner, but my skin suddenly became irritated, and the skin around my nose and mouth turned red and really stung. So I tried to soothe it with a calming gel, but the cleansing oil itself seemed to just keep coming back up on my skin. I had to double-cleanse with a different cleanser, but even then, that sticky feeling wouldn't go away. It's the worst for my standards - it just doesn't work for me at all.
Tip
I haven't tried it yet, but it might work okay as a body wash.
