And a little while later, my skin felt so dry that it was about to crack. It was just too thick and drying. I even used my usual gentle toner, but my skin suddenly became irritated, and the skin around my nose and mouth turned red and really stung. So I tried to soothe it with a calming gel, but the cleansing oil itself seemed to just keep coming back up on my skin.
