The scent is nice. It's a scent that some may like and some may not, but I liked it. It seems like a men's cologne scent, but it has a calming and healing effect. The cleansing is also good. A small amount produces a lot of lather.

This review was the reason I bought this product.. My face didn't turn upside down, but after using it, my face and hands became very itchy, stinging, and some areas of my face (not the whole face) and my lips became reddened and inflamed. I actually don't know much about the ingredients, and I bought it after checking the Hwahae app and thinking it seemed good. Without even using it for a few more days, I think it's because of this product. The other cosmetics I've been using are ones I've been using continuously. On top of that, this is the first time I've experienced this after trying a cosmetic product, so I'm very flustered. I really like the Hwahae app and check it often, but I realized that just buying something with good ingredients isn't always good. By the way, I don't have sensitive skin. I don't have problem skin either, and my face hasn't turned upside down before. For those with sensitive skin, there are many other good options, so you'll have to consider this product carefully (although it's also possible that it may work well for you, as many reviews say they had no issues using it, since the ingredients are good). Ah, and the packaging is inconvenient. It's a liquid, but the volume control is inconvenient. Pros
The scent is absolutely wonderful. Although I've only been using it for a short time, I think I'll repurchase it once I've used it up.
Cons
After washing, it feels quite dry and irritating. Quickly applying lotion or oil helps, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin. I also wouldn't suggest it for cleansing purposes.
Tip
If you order it online, you can get a larger bottle for less than the smaller one sold domestically.

Pros
I always felt comfortable and safe using this product after checking the ingredients. I don't recall ever having any negative experiences from using it^^ I bought the largest size and used it for facial cleansing and body wash with my family.
Cons
However, I never really felt like it improved anything. And sometimes after cleansing, I would feel a slight stinging sensation. That didn't lead to anything bad, but it still left me feeling a bit uneasy. I just kept using it, trusting the ingredients, since I didn't have any other alternatives.
Tip
The foam dispenser is really helpful, allowing you to conserve the liquid soap and making it more convenient. But if you buy a smaller size, you don't necessarily need it - you can still get adequate foam just by lathering it by hand or with a loofah.

The only advantage seems to be the fragrance. And if I may add, the design is quite clean and neat.
Cons
It was too drying. After using it, it felt tight, itchy, and flaky... I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin. The product formulation also didn't appeal to me.

The large capacity was great, and I liked that I could use it from head to toe. The scent was a bit strong, but I bought it because I liked it at the time.
Cons
1. I'm not sure if other products are the same, but when I cleanse my face, it stings and tingles a lot, so I use it for showering or washing my feet. It's just so irritating. (Ah...it was even more irritating when I used it with the brush cleansing. It's not as irritating if I just use the cleanser alone.) 2. When I wash my hair, my scalp doesn't feel thoroughly cleansed, and my hair becomes extremely stiff, almost like a doll's hair.

Pros
I started using this based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. After cleansing, I found it didn't tug at my skin much, which was nice. It also produced a lot of lather, leaving me with a satisfying clean feeling. The fact that it's not too chemical-based is reassuring, and when I didn't wear heavy makeup, I found I could skip the double cleanse.
Cons
It's fine after washing, but when I left the lather on my face for a bit, it started to sting. Those with sensitive skin may find it a bit irritating. Oh, and I heard some people use it to wash their hair, but I absolutely do not recommend that - it leaves the hair stiff and unmanageable.

The cleansing is effective. I've tried using this with sunscreen and BB cream, and after wiping with a cotton pad soaked in toner, there's no residue at all. Those who just lightly apply BB cream can likely do cleansing with this alone without double cleansing.
Cons
Even though the ingredients are mild, it stings a bit. It's not that anything is coming out, it just stings a little. When I used it as a shampoo, my hair became very stiff. This is understandable since it doesn't contain silicones.
Tip
This is not a tip, but just a note - in very cold winters, the product color can become turbid. I dispensed some into the sink, and the product I had set aside became cloudy. I thought it had spoiled and threw it away, only to find that the next day, the new portion I had dispensed was also cloudy. I bought this brand because it's famous for not conducting animal testing Hmm... I think I may have chosen the wrong scent ㅜㅜ I'm not sure what the good points are right now.
Cons
It's too watery. The formula is water-based, which surprised me, but I just went with it since that's how it is. My finger got cut on the paper and the cut was acting strangely - it didn't sting when I washed it with soap, but when I tried to work up a lather with this product, the cut area stung a lot and it shocked me... The scent is also not my preference. I regret buying the large 400ml size, I should have gotten a smaller volume.

It was labeled as 'Sandalwood Jasmine', so I bought it expecting a jasmine scent, but that's definitely not the case...
