Pros
At first, the fragrance was not very impressive. But as I continued using it, it became quite nice, though not exactly captivating. Since it doesn't last very long anyway, I don't really need to worry about whether I like it or not. And after washing, it leaves a refreshing, clean feeling.
Cons
It seems to be making my skin too dry. This wasn't the case before, but after using it for a little over a month, my body has gradually become dry and itchy...

The scent is nice. It's a scent that some may like and some may not, but I liked it. It seems like a men's cologne scent, but it has a calming and healing effect. The cleansing is also good. A small amount produces a lot of lather.

This review was the reason I bought this product.. My face didn't turn upside down, but after using it, my face and hands became very itchy, stinging, and some areas of my face (not the whole face) and my lips became reddened and inflamed. I actually don't know much about the ingredients, and I bought it after checking the Hwahae app and thinking it seemed good. Without even using it for a few more days, I think it's because of this product. The other cosmetics I've been using are ones I've been using continuously. On top of that, this is the first time I've experienced this after trying a cosmetic product, so I'm very flustered. I really like the Hwahae app and check it often, but I realized that just buying something with good ingredients isn't always good. By the way, I don't have sensitive skin. I don't have problem skin either, and my face hasn't turned upside down before. For those with sensitive skin, there are many other good options, so you'll have to consider this product carefully (although it's also possible that it may work well for you, as many reviews say they had no issues using it, since the ingredients are good). I'm so scared that I won't use it and will give it to someone else. Even as I'm writing this, it's still stinging 😢

Ah, and the packaging is inconvenient. It's a liquid, but the volume control is inconvenient. It would be better to use a pump bottle or something else (although it would be best if the packaging itself was improved). Also, they sell a mini size, so I recommend trying that first before buying the full size. You might regret it like I did..

The cleansing power is great, and I feel squeaky clean after using it. The fragrance is a bit strong, but I personally liked it.

The only advantage seems to be the fragrance. And if I may add, the design is quite clean and neat.
Cons
It was too drying. After using it, it felt tight, itchy, and flaky... I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin. The product formulation also didn't appeal to me.

The fragrance is quite unique. It wasn't the jasmine scent I had expected. It seems rather ordinary.
Cons
I tried switching from tea tree oil, but when I searched for the Hwahae app, I found that it contained fragrance ingredients, which is probably why I experienced a bit of skin trouble. I don't think I'll be buying it again. I'll be going back to using tea tree oil.

Pros
This is too excellent to use as a foam cleanser. Thumbs up! It cleans my face so thoroughly. It's especially effective on my nose blackheads. I used to use a lot of oil-based products... even Shu Uemura didn't work that well for me (of course, my blackheads are quite deep...). But with this, I just lather it up, gently massage, rinse, and repeat - and voila! These little dust-like particles and grime just come out, leaving my nose looking like a normal nose!! I practically use this as a facial foam cleanser... the only downside is that I go through it so quickly because it comes in a large size... I wonder when I'll finish it all...ㅡㅡ;;;ㅋ In fact, I originally bought it as an all-in-one product to use as a shampoo, and occasionally as a foaming cleanser and body wash... but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The gentle ingredients are a plus, so I don't have to worry about using it.

I originally bought this to use as a shampoo, but after washing my hair a few times, my hair felt weighed down and lacked moisture... And even though my hair didn't seem to be falling out, when I brushed it, these dust-like clumps just kept coming out. ^^ It was a horrible experience...... I didn't know anything about 'no-poo' shampoos and just used it without knowing, and ended up regretting it. Shampoo is just not it for me ^^ I actually barely use body wash either, so other than as a shampoo, I don't have much use for the large size I bought. It feels like I've stocked up on 10 years' worth of facial foam cleanser! ㅎㅎ And one more downside... The scent is quite strong. It's a sandalwood-cinnamon-like fragrance - a nice scent, but it has a pungent quality that makes me wonder if it's really okay to use on my face. And I did get the occasional pimple on my cheeks when using this as a cleanser...but it cleans so well that I keep using it. I'll try to find a gentler fragrance version next time.

The product description said the Sandalwood & Jasmine version is recommended for sensitive and dry skin types, so that's why I bought it. Make sure to check your skin type before purchasing. And when using this as a facial foam cleanser, be sure to put it in a dedicated foaming dispenser. Pump the foam once or twice, then gently massage it all over your damp face. Immediately rinse it off lightly with water, and then carefully (cleansing requires care, everyone) use your fingertips to gently but thoroughly cleanse every nook and cranny - pay special attention to areas like the sides of the nose, the center of the nose, under the cheeks, between the brows, and around the mouth, where more grime tends to accumulate. This is when those little dust-like particles and grime will start to lather up and come out! Massage for about 1-2 minutes, and once you feel you've cleansed enough, rinse thoroughly several times with lukewarm water from the sink (until the water runs clear and you feel the dirt has been washed away from your eyes as well). Don't towel dry - use your hands to gently pat and remove as much of the water as possible, then apply a pea-sized amount of cream or lotion and lightly pat it all over. After letting it sink in for a bit, follow up with an aloe gel - this way, your face won't feel sticky, but will be left soft and well-hydrated! I went into a bit more detail since I'm sensitive to foam cleansers. Hopefully this helps someone who reads it!

I bought this brand because it's famous for not conducting animal testing Hmm... I think I may have chosen the wrong scent ㅜㅜ I'm not sure what the good points are right now.
Cons
It's too watery. The formula is water-based, which surprised me, but I just went with it since that's how it is. My finger got cut on the paper and the cut was acting strangely - it didn't sting when I washed it with soap, but when I tried to work up a lather with this product, the cut area stung a lot and it shocked me... The scent is also not my preference. I regret buying the large 400ml size, I should have gotten a smaller volume.
Tip
It was labeled as 'Sandalwood Jasmine', so I bought it expecting a jasmine scent, but that's definitely not the case... There's no trace of a cozy jasmine fragrance at all ㅜㅜ It seems to be just a sandalwood scent.... I'm writing this in case anyone else gets lured in by the 'jasmine' description like I did.

It's great for dry skin. I don't really feel a strong sense of moisture, but it leaves a clean, refreshed feeling after cleansing or showering. After using this, I often forget to exfoliate. The sophisticated scent is neither too sweet nor too sharp, which is nice.
Cons
It stings a lot if it gets in your eyes. If you don't rinse it out thoroughly, a slippery residue remains, which can cause breakouts (I had this issue around my ears). However, despite these inconveniences, I continue to use it regularly.

Isn't there anyone like me who gets red and their face feels stinging and like it's burning after using it on the face? I tried it for cleansing too since they said it can be used that way, but it's too stinging 😭😭😭😭😭 It's not really worth the evil price... I'd recommend it to those who like oriental fragrances.
