Considering the price for 2kg, it's hard to beat in terms of value for money! I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to experience a rubber mask. It's a great option to try out!
ConsFirst off, the texture isn't particularly impressive. After mixing the powder with water and stirring, it forms little clumps and hardens quite quickly. Compared to other rubber mask products, the powder is extremely fine and there's a lot of excess. That's a real drawback.

While researching alternatives, I discovered modeling masks (I thought they were only for salons!). I love Sidmool as a brand, so I was thrilled to find this product while browsing. Other modeling masks are quite expensive, but Sidmool is known for its gentle formulations. The price-to-volume ratio is great, so I gave it a try. Wow! After use, my skin feels incredibly hydrated, and it seems to double the effects of my serums. I use it with B-plane Cica Full Ampoule and Sidmool Panthenol Ampoule, and those tiny bumps have completely disappeared! Leaving it on for 15 minutes feels like a spa treatment. They recommend using it 2-3 times a week, but since my skin tolerates it well, I use it daily. It's become my favorite part of my routine. Highly recommended!
ConsThere's a bit of powder scatter when mixing, but it's not severe enough to be a deal-breaker. I'm still very satisfied with it. Being a modeling mask, it's more involved than sheet masks, but once you get into it, it's hard to stop. I've already finished one container and I'm on my second!
TipFor best results, apply a generous layer of serum before the mask - it doubles the effectiveness! Also, make sure to apply a thick layer of the modeling mask for easier removal. There's absolutely no irritation, and it leaves your skin feeling hydrated. Strongly recommend!

As someone who works at a drugstore and has tried various masks, the first modeling mask I used was from MD's Pick. While it was fun and seemed more effective than sheet masks, the price was a bit steep for repurchasing. I was thrilled to find that Sidmool, a brand I frequently use, offers three modeling masks! I chose this one for its pore-refining benefits. Usually, modeling masks cost around $7, but this one offers a generous amount at a great price, which is absolutely fantastic! ♧ Trustworthy ingredients for peace of mind Sidmool's ingredients speak for themselves. I was tempted to buy the most popular large-volume modeling mask, but ultimately chose this one! I always come back to Sidmool for their ingredients and consistently trust their products. ♧ Enjoyable masking experience At first, it was tricky to get the right amount, but after a few tries, I got the hang of it! The masking process is so much fun, and there's no need for expensive spa treatments. I'm almost embarrassed by how much praise I have for this product, but it's just that good! ♧ Long-lasting hydration and great compatibility with skincare I usually leave it on for about 30 minutes. Even after removal, the mask remains incredibly moist, leaving my skin feeling hydrated. There's a noticeable, albeit temporary, brightening effect - you can actually see a slight difference between the areas where the mask was applied and where it wasn't! I've heard that modeling masks help subsequent skincare products penetrate deeper, and I can confirm this. After removing the mask, applying moisturizer or nourishing cream feels like it's absorbing much better than usual. My skin looks healthier, and there's a beautiful glow that makes me enjoy looking in the mirror! ♧ Repurchase intention: Although I still have plenty left, I plan to repurchase this product unless Sidmool releases a new modeling mask!
Cons♧ Powder dispersion This is somewhat unavoidable, isn't it? Be careful not to sneeze! ♧ Potentially cumbersome for some While it didn't bother me, some might find the measuring process a bit tedious. ♧ Difficult edge removal The edges where the mask is thinner can be tricky to remove, requiring a bit of rubbing with water. This part can be slightly annoying.
Tip♧ It's recommended to apply an ampoule before using the modeling mask for enhanced effects. ♧ I also purchased Sidmool's modeling water, which comes in a 1+1 deal, but the quantity is quite small. After using it up, I've been mixing the powder with regular water. Honestly, I don't notice much difference in the mask's effectiveness or consistency when mixing. (The modeling water is supposed to enhance the mask's effects.) If you're unsure about buying the modeling water, it's perfectly fine to use the mask without it. I don't plan to repurchase the modeling water myself. ♧ Measuring tip! Everyone's preference may vary, but I found that using the tools I bought from Sidmool, a ratio of 40 scoops of powder to 30 scoops of water or modeling water works perfectly for me! ♧ For extra hydration, I even apply the mask to my lips!

It's hydrating and being natural compared to other brands' modeling masks gives me peace of mind. After using it, I feel my skin becoming more firm and elastic. I haven't finished it yet, but I'll definitely repurchase when I do.
ConsThere's nothing particularly bad about it. As for the inconvenience, that's just how all modeling masks are used. To reduce powder scatter, compress the powder onto the spoon inside the packet before taking it out, and clean up any excess.
TipI use two spoonfuls. Even though I have a small face, I apply it generously, covering my mouth and eyes. Applying it thickly makes it easier to peel off. If you make it too runny, it'll apply thinly and drip, so controlling the water amount is crucial. It's easy to adjust by adding water little by little. I apply the mask in this order: cheeks, chin, mouth, forehead, nose, and eyes. Applying ample serum before the mask is a must. When applying, hold the spatula parallel to your skin surface for ease. Always clean the spatula using the packet's edge before and after application for a smoother process. When removing the mask, dampen the edges with a wet sponge or cloth for easier peeling. This also helps remove any residue.

With summer approaching, I expect my pores to enlarge and sebum production to increase, so I'll likely use this more often. I've heard that higher skin temperature can accelerate aging. Anyway, applying the mask feels cooling, and it's easy to remove once it hardens. After using it, my pores seemed tighter, and my skin felt moisturized with a fair complexion. After using it for over a month, while I can't say there were dramatic changes, my pores did appear smaller! I didn't experience any blemishes while using this mask.
ConsFirst, since it's a powder product that needs to be mixed with water, there's some excess powder that can be messy. I found it convenient to use with the rubber bowl, spatula, and transparent measuring set I bought together, but it might be inconvenient without these tools. (The residue in the rubber bowl easily washes off with water.) The mask leaves some white residue after use. The mask can get stuck in your hair.
TipIf you don't like the cooling effect, using slightly lukewarm water makes it less cold. Applying essence before the mask makes it more moisturizing. Use toner and cotton pads to remove any residue after the mask; it's difficult to remove by hand. I recommend buying the rubber bowl set. Be careful as the mask tends to get stuck in your hair easily. I recommend a ratio of 1 part powder to 0.7 parts water - if it's too thin, it will drip.

While it's a modeling mask that requires the extra step of mixing with water, which can be a bit of a hassle compared to regular masks, the results are worth it. After removing it, my skin feels soft and refreshed, and I can actually feel my skin temperature cooling down. It's amazing!
ConsI don't know if it's just me, but removing this mask can be quite messy! There are traces of the mask everywhere. Every time I open it to use, powder flies everywhere, so I have to tilt my head back when opening the package.

After using this, my skin feels plump and bouncy. It even helps calm down areas with blemishes. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels nicely moisturized.
ConsBe careful when mixing the powder, as it tends to create a lot of excess. It's important to get the amount just right when you're using it.
TipI found that applying a generous amount of toner before using this product really boosts the hydration. It works wonders!

The cooling effect is no joke - I always apply this rubber mask after popping a pimple, haha. The amount you get is really generous, making it excellent value for money.
ConsHmm, the only downside is that there's some excess powder when you're preparing the mask. But since I didn't have high expectations when I bought it, I don't really have any major disappointments so far.

ConsIt was a bit challenging to control the amount, and there was some excess powder. A measuring scoop would be helpful

It's also really effective when used on blemishes. The cooling effect is absolutely amazing!
ConsIt's incredibly inconvenient. First, you have to mix the powder with water, which causes the powder to fly everywhere. When applying, the liquid gets all over the place, so you constantly need to wipe with tissues. Most importantly, even though it's a peel-off mask, if you just remove it with your hands, a lot of residue remains. You can only remove the large chunks by hand and then have to thoroughly rinse with water. It's extremely cumbersome.
TipThe bowl used for mixing the powder and water gets extremely dirty and becomes difficult to clean. After it hardens, you need to wipe it with tissues.
