  The texture is thin and applies smoothly. It looks more beautiful when applied with a brush rather than by hand. It might be better suited for people who don't typically have blemishes. While it creates a pretty skin finish, the coverage is light, so you'll need a concealer for red acne spots.

  Pros

  I don't notice any dryness, and after a while, it gives a subtle glow. It's perfect for these days when we need to wear masks. *I'm using shade 4 because shade 2 was too light. I recommend using a lighter concealer separately on areas you want to brighten. *It seems less drying than the Lasting Silk foundation (based on using a sample).

  Cons

  The coverage isn't great. It won't hide large blemishes. The more I use it, the more blemishes I get.

  Tip

  I apply two thin layers.

  Pros

  While it may not have the best staying power, it fades gracefully. It really does a beautiful job with skin expression. If you have healthy skin that's not prone to blemishes or sensitivity, this aspect could be a real plus.

  Cons

  I'm not sure if it's due to some questionable ingredients, but it causes blemishes. About a week after I started using this, I broke out in tiny bumps all over - it was awful. I also wish the shade was a bit lighter.

  Pros

  True to its reputation, it moisturizes while leaving a matte finish. As for coverage, it's as advertised - it evens out the skin tone and conceals very light blemishes, giving the effect of naturally good-looking skin.

  Cons

  Blemishes, oh no! For some reason, it causes breakouts... It was fine when I used the sample once or twice a week on weekends when I put on makeup, but when I used it for several days in a row, I got blemishes. I thought I'd found my holy grail foundation, but it's such a disappointment.

  Tip

  This is just my curiosity, but does anyone know which ingredient might be causing the blemishes? I know it varies from person to person... but it's full of parabens, could it be those?

  It breaks down beautifully without any clumping. The coverage is above average, making blemishes and uneven texture appear smooth. While it tends to break down a bit in summer, it's great for all other seasons. For the first time ever, someone complimented my skin on a day I wore this!

  As someone with acne-prone skin, I thought I had to stick to oil-free products to avoid breakouts. I bought this because it's oil-free, but after wearing it for more than 6 hours, I notice tiny pimples and small blemishes starting to appear. The price is also quite steep, so I only use it for special occasions like weddings or important meetings when I want to feel extra confident. For everyday use, I alternate between BB creams and cushion foundations.

  Apply with a damp sponge to achieve a subtle, glowing complexion.

  When I apply it, it adheres perfectly to my skin like it's meant to be there, and even when it fades, it does so beautifully. There was no patchiness, and it gave me this gorgeous porcelain skin look - matte yet glowing. However... I never imagined these ingredients would give me such a hard time... *sigh*

  Cons

  Wow... I bought this and used it about once a week. At first, it seemed fine, and I thought I'd found my holy grail. I did get a pimple here and there, but I didn't think it was because of this. Then, when I wore makeup for 5 days straight, these harsh ingredients really started to show their true colors. My face erupted with tiny, pus-filled blemishes everywhere... Watching them multiply day by day, I realized it must be the foundation. So I switched to a more skin-friendly one from Es-something, and suddenly all those angry blemishes stopped in their tracks. My skin started to calm down. As I suspected... this foundation with its terrible ingredients wrecked my skin so badly, I just want to throw it away. I'm so upset about how much damage it's done. It seems that if you use it very occasionally, your skin can handle it, but frequent use can cause really bad reactions for sensitive skin. I spent so much money on this, and now my heart aches... *sigh*

  Tip

  Use a damp sponge for that porcelain skin effect. If you have sensitive skin, only apply it once a week... otherwise, you'll end up with irreparably damaged skin.

  Pros

  The color staying power and overall performance are excellent! The longevity improves even more if you finish with Urban Decay's setting spray. It has such great staying power that you don't need to touch up much. As time passes, the color develops a beautiful glow and enhances your complexion.

  Cons

  I'm not sure if it's due to this foundation, but I keep getting blemishes on my forehead. As others have mentioned, this seems suitable only for those who use it for a day or those whose skin agrees with it. When applied alone, the coverage is really minimal. I mixed it with Kill Cover foundation, which improved both the color and overall effect. It's also quite expensive, and my heart aches every time I use it. While it has many good qualities, the constant breakouts are making me look for a different foundation.

  I recommend mixing it with a high-coverage foundation rather than using it alone.
