Pros
I have atopic dermatitis, so I'm extremely sensitive to dryness. I've been using Shu Uemura cleansers for almost 10 years. Now I use A/I or Ultimate8. A/I is the heaviest among Shu Uemura's different oils. It provides the best moisturization. It emulsifies the best, so it has great cleansing power and leaves my skin the most hydrated after use. It has a slight herbal scent, which some people may or may not like. I personally love this fragrance, so it's my favorite.
Cons
It's too heavy to use in the summer. Also, I'm concerned about the high content of mineral oils and PEG-20 in the ingredients.

Pros
Compared to other cleansing oils, it has less stickiness and is not too light, so it cleanses well. It's perfect for my sensitive and dry skin, and I'm already on my 4th bottle :)
Cons
It's too expensive :( Other than that, I don't have any other complaints. The only downside is that it's a bit inconvenient to carry around.

The oil was not drying and had good moisturizing properties, which I liked.
Cons
Worst!!!!! After using it, my eyelids swelled up and even the area under my eyes became puffy. After going to the hospital, I applied ointment and took medication, but I suffered greatly. The swelling would go down when I took the medication, but as soon as I woke up, my eyes would swell up again, like I had been stung by a bee. I had to go to work with my eyes swollen for several days. When I talked to the department store where I bought it, they only refunded the hospital expenses and that was the end of it. It was too much trouble, so I didn't even take the refund. Cleansing is considered the most important step. It thoroughly removes even thick makeup while keeping the skin hydrated and moisturized!!
Cons

Pros
I used this product when I had a lot of acne on my face, and it helped a lot. I've been using it consistently ever since! I've also tried the pink and blue versions, but this product works the best for me. My makeup, including lip and eye makeup, can be easily removed without a makeup remover, and my skin doesn't feel dry after cleansing.
Cons
The price! It's quite expensive, so I always buy it at the duty-free shop.

Even though I have dry and sensitive skin, this product doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after use. The scent is subtle and it removes makeup thoroughly.
