Pros
This is my nth bottle, so the cleansing power is great. I've only used road shop cleansing oils before, but this product is much thicker yet emulsifies quickly, leaving no residue. I can even remove makeup with just this product without a separate remover.
Cons
The ingredients don't seem to be well-formulated. And the biggest downside is the high price, unfortunately.

Pros
I have atopic dermatitis, so I'm extremely sensitive to dryness. I've been using Shu Uemura cleansers for almost 10 years. Now I use A/I or Ultimate8. A/I is the heaviest among Shu Uemura's different oils. It provides the best moisturization. It emulsifies the best, so it has great cleansing power and leaves my skin the most hydrated after use. It has a slight herbal scent, which some people may or may not like. I personally love this fragrance, so it's my favorite.
Cons
It's too heavy to use in the summer. Also, I'm concerned about the high content of mineral oils and PEG-20 in the ingredients.

Compared to other cleansing oils, it has less stickiness and is not too light, so it cleanses well. It's perfect for my sensitive and dry skin, and I'm already on my 4th bottle :)
Cons
It's too expensive :( Other than that, I don't have any other complaints. The only downside is that it's a bit inconvenient to carry around.

I've been using it for over 10 years. I alternate between the green and the other color. It doesn't require a separate eye makeup remover and cleanses thoroughly, which I really like.

Huge capacity!!! Some say it's expensive, but... After cleansing my skin with this oil, my acne-prone skin has improved a bit, so I'm really grateful for the generous volume at this price!! And it feels like it removes makeup gently. At first, it seemed like it didn't rinse off well with water, but after continued use, the cleansing is effective and it leaves my skin soft, so I repurchased it!

I bought it in 150ml size As expected from Shu Uemura oil, the cleansing power is amazing If you roll it well, it removes sebum nicely. It's a bit thick and heavy, so it's good to use in fall and winter. It's moisturizing and gentle.
Cons
The price seems a bit burdensome. And it feels a bit heavy to use in spring and summer.
