The emulsification process could be improved.

The ingredients don't seem to be well-formulated. And the biggest downside is the high price, unfortunately.

This is my nth bottle, so the cleansing power is great.
I've only used road shop cleansing oils before, but this product is much thicker yet emulsifies quickly, leaving no residue. I can even remove makeup with just this product without a separate remover.

I have atopic dermatitis, so I'm extremely sensitive to dryness. I've been using Shu Uemura cleansers for almost 10 years. Now I use A/I or Ultimate8.
A/I is the heaviest among Shu Uemura's different oils. It provides the best moisturization. It emulsifies the best, so it has great cleansing power and leaves my skin the most hydrated after use. It has a slight herbal scent, which some people may or may not like. I personally love this fragrance, so it's my favorite.

The high price is a downside, but I stock up whenever it's on sale.

It's nice - it feels comfortable on the face and has a slightly heavy feeling, which I like. The cleansing is perfect. After cleansing, there's no stickiness or tightness.

I recommend this to those with dehydrated, oily, and acne-prone skin. Double cleansing is not necessary with this product.

It's too expensive :( Other than that, I don't have any other complaints. The only downside is that it's a bit inconvenient to carry around.

Compared to other cleansing oils, it has less stickiness and is not too light, so it cleanses well. It's perfect for my sensitive and dry skin, and I'm already on my 4th bottle :)

Worst!!!!! After using it, my eyelids swelled up and even the area under my eyes became puffy.
After going to the hospital, I applied ointment and took medication, but I suffered greatly.
The swelling would go down when I took the medication, but as soon as I woke up, my eyes would swell up again, like I had been stung by a bee. I had to go to work with my eyes swollen for several days.
When I talked to the department store where I bought it, they only refunded the hospital expenses and that was the end of it. It was too much trouble, so I didn't even take the refund.
I will never use Shu Uemura cleansing oil again.^^

Huge capacity!!! Some say it's expensive, but... After cleansing my skin with this oil, my acne-prone skin has improved a bit, so I'm really grateful for the generous volume at this price!! And it feels like it removes makeup gently. At first, it seemed like it didn't rinse off well with water, but after continued use, the cleansing is effective and it leaves my skin soft, so I repurchased it!
