It's refreshing and doesn't cause blemishes on my sensitive skin. The hydrated feeling also lasts for a long time. The scent is relatively strong and long-lasting, but other than that, I don't have any complaints. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 3, 2017
I bought this because it's said to be the gentlest for skin blemishes. My skin concerns were so significant that I thought the mildest option would be best. Even for a toner that's meant to cleanse, it's incredibly drying. I've used it so much that I can't tell if I've applied it or not, or why I'm even using it. It seems that 'gentle' in this case is just a euphemism for 'lacking in effectiveness'. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 18, 2017
I recently switched to another product but ended up with blemishes, so I came back to this one. It's truly great - no fragrance, and although it's a bit pricey... well, we have to prioritize our skin, right? The Laneige skin emulsion seems really excellent for my complexion. The price is a bit steep. Other than that, I can't find any downsides. I always apply the toner with a cotton pad, and it seems to absorb even better into my skin that way! - lo*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 16, 2017
As someone with super sensitive skin, I can't use just any toner, but this one doesn't cause any tingling and is quite gentle. As expected, the ingredients are also pretty good! I've been using this for a little over two years, and there's not really anything I'm dissatisfied with, except I wish they'd lower the price a bit... haha - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 14, 2016
Absorbs well and quickly. Leaves skin feeling moisturized and soft. I've repurchased it twice. Nothing particularly bad, except it's hard to get out of the container. It seems like it gets stuck and doesn't come out easily. - hy*******Combination SkinAcne SkinNov 7, 2016
I had a lot of inflamed, yellowish blemishes, but this seems comparable to Biotherm, so I switched to this more affordable option and my skin has improved! It's moisturizing, and I love how cool it feels when I first wipe my face with a soaked cotton pad. My face tends to get hot, which I think contributes to my breakouts... The downside is that it can't solve everything... I'm still frustrated by the persistent blemishes that keep appearing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 30, 2016
I loved that I could apply it without worry, even with my super sensitive skin. After application, I felt some deep dryness, so I had to layer on a lot of emulsion or hydrating cream. Soaking a cotton pad and placing it on the skin also helped alleviate some of the dryness. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 4, 2016
I have sensitive skin, but after using this product, I haven't experienced any blemishes. I'm really enjoying it. Considering the price, it seems to run out too quickly. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSep 29, 2016
Being part of the sensitive skin line, it's almost fragrance-free and quite gentle. I bought this when my skin was particularly prone to blemishes and sensitivity, and I was pleased that it didn't worsen my condition. Instead, it seemed to help refine my skin texture. The product is just so basic that I couldn't expect any additional functional benefits, so I didn't repurchase. The toner feels like plain water, which makes it seem overpriced for what it is. Laneige products are more affordable when purchased during Aritaum sales. I recommend the emulsion from this product line. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 26, 2016
It's not bad. I'm not sure if I'd buy it again though. I didn't see any dramatic effects, unfortunately. That's a bit disappointing.
