Pros
1. You can see the soothing effect right away when you use this - it's just an amazing product. 2. The scent is refreshing (some may like it, some may not - I'm a fan!)

1. At first, it was so irritating to use that I was worried about what it was doing to my skin. But after using it a couple times, it was fine. 2. How can it be so drying? It's a no-no during the winter.

But for real soothing, it's still lacking. The product seemed to be quite ordinary. I've seen a lot of effects on acne from the grain pack, so I don't really think the recent one or two pimples are because of this product. However, my acne hasn't gotten any worse, so I'll give it 3 stars.
Cons
There were many disappointing aspects. Why does the liquid keep dripping and flowing out when the cotton is soaked and the bottle is tilted? The skin keeps dripping, dripping, dripping, dripping, leaving greenish-yellow stains all over my desk, dirtying it. Since I have sensitive skin, my face turns red after applying it. It seems the redness has gotten even worse after using this. I probably won't use it again now. My acne has improved, but the marks and redness have gotten worse, making my acne look even more visible.

Pros
It certainly gives a clean feeling I personally enjoy the tea tree scent... The amount is generous, so it lasts a long time despite the higher price
Cons
I couldn't really feel the effects of the tea tree Even while using this, I got a few pimples and some closed comedones, so it was just the same as before... The lid is also hard to open and the opening seems unsanitary I don't plan to repurchase...!

But my face started burning, stinging, and got extremely dry. I have a combination skin type, and my skin was cracking and peeling off like it had a burn ㅠㅠ After that, even though I have trouble skin, I absolutely refuse to use any tea tree products... The best part was the absorption? If the tea tree line suits your skin, I recommend it.
Cons
I suffered a lot from sudden adult acne, and tried The Body Shop tea tree oil, which was good, so I bought the rest of the tea tree line, but... just 3 days after using it, my skin flipped upside down 😢 Not only did it look ugly, but it was also very painful. I switched to Lush products and my skin got a lot better, so I tried The Body Shop products too, but now I completely regret it. Does it normally get worse before getting better? Most of the reviews here were positive, but I guess I just had bad luck. It's really tough.

Pros
The skin calming effect is definite, and my acne has also significantly subsided! When I'm on my period, my skin usually goes haywire, but I was lucky when using this product - my skin condition was 100% great!
