1. At first, it was so irritating to use that I was worried about what it was doing to my skin. But after using it a couple times, it was fine. 2. How can it be so drying? It's a no-no during the winter.

But for real soothing, it's still lacking. When my skin is really troubled, I like to soak a cotton pad with the toner and leave it on my face like a face pack for a few minutes - that helps the soothing work even better. I actually preferred this toner over the tea tree oil.

I was already aware that tea tree ingredients are good for acne, but this The Body Shop tea tree toner feels great when applied and has a scent that seems to help get rid of acne. Anyway, it's absolutely fantastic!!!
Cons
It seems like this product can only be used by people with skin troubles. My friend who doesn't have any skin troubles tried it and said it stung and felt tight. Haha

After cleansing, there is always some dust on the cotton pads, so I felt like I had cleaned properly! And after squeezing pimples, if I soak the cotton pad in this toner and apply it to the squeezed areas, they calm down quickly.
Cons
It's very drying...a lot...haha. Even though I have oily skin, I only recommend this product for the summer.

The price is outrageous given the quantity...😢 The wide opening makes it easy to accidentally pour out too much...a waste.
