I keep this product in my bathroom and apply it right after washing my face, when my skin is still damp. This way, the moisture doesn't evaporate as quickly, and my skin stays hydrated for longer!

1. Packaging design: I'm on my fourth bottle of this product, but the pump design has remained unchanged. Sometimes the pump malfunctions, making it difficult to dispense the product. I wish it came in a pat-on toner bottle or a squeeze tube instead. 2. It doesn't absorb into cotton pads at all, so it can't really be used for toning the skin, which is disappointing. When trying to use it with a cotton pad, it just slides around on the surface.

I've tried almost every toner out there, but with my super sensitive skin, most toners usually cause a tingling sensation and redness on my cheeks! However, the 3-Second Moisture Starter doesn't irritate my skin at all! In fact, it helps protect the moisture barrier, which I love! And above all, the value for money is fantastic! I've been using it morning and night for over 6 months, and a little goes a long way - it's enough to cover my entire face!

My skin is very dry both inside and out, but after applying this, it evaporates quickly, leaving only the scent behind. I think it's because of the ethanol - you can even smell a hint of alcohol. As if my skin wasn't dry enough already! The hydration lasts for what, 10 seconds? Once it's absorbed, there's nothing left. So I end up applying a lot more, then rushing to my vanity to slather on other moisturizing products. I even tried using it on my dry body since I didn't want to waste it on my face, but surprise, surprise - it was worse than not applying anything at all! Just left behind a scent, which doesn't even last long. It's absolutely useless for those with dry or very dry skin.

I used to use the Biotherm bathroom serum, but it seemed pricey. So I bought this Holika one because it had a generous amount and contained hyaluronic acid. Unfortunately, the only good thing about it is the fragrance...

I tried it once and liked it. However, it's unfortunate to see here that the ingredients aren't good.

The fragrance is too strong, and there are way too many questionable ingredients..

My skin gets dehydrated so quickly that it feels dry even when going from the bathroom to my room. If I apply it right after cleansing when there's still a bit of moisture left, it helps retain that moisture until I apply my other skincare products.

For those with dry skin, you may need to apply additional moisturizers alongside this product.

Even though I used to apply oil-free moisturizers, my skin would still get oily. But ever since I started using the 3-Second Hydrating Starter, my skin has become much less oily! Plus, it's left my skin feeling so moisturized. I consider this product a holy grail in my skincare routine.

There wasn't much to be disappointed about while using it. But after checking on Hwahae, I saw that there are a lot of bad ingredients, so I'm a bit disappointed. If I find an even better product, I think I'll switch to that.

Even in the summer, my skin was dry, so I started using it. I keep it in the bathroom, wash my face, wipe off the moisture, and apply it right away. Compared to not using anything, it definitely seems to increase the moisture. There are also products with vitamins and collagen, but after trying them, I found that the one with hyaluronic acid works the best. It's Holika's flagship product. It's great because the effect is good compared to the price.
