A cream more potent than Ducray Keracnyl. Use only as a spot treatment. For red, itchy, and hard blemishes that can't be popped, gently prick the pore with a sterile needle and apply this on top - it's amazingly effective at calming the area. It feels stronger than Keracnyl, so I use very small amounts only for severe cases. It softens excess oil and dead skin cells, and after washing, the skin becomes smoother. I don't apply it all over the face as it's clearly too intense for that. However, I do regularly apply it more broadly on my back and chest. After showering the next day, the skin feels silky smooth and clean, with oil production controlled enough to prevent blemishes for a while. It stings intensely and is quite irritating. Overuse can cause skin reactions. The smell is unpleasant. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued. If it comes back on the market, I'd switch from Keracnyl to this in a heartbeat. However, the volume is too large - I wish they'd reduce both the size and price to ensure it's used up before expiring, encouraging repurchases. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 14, 2021
After using this, I've noticed fewer breakouts. I apply it only to problem areas at night due to its ingredients, and I'm pleased that it helps reduce blemishes. I heard this product has been discontinued. What should I buy as a replacement? I'm really distressed as I've been using this for over a decade. At night, I apply this product to my T-zone and then layer a hydrating cream on top. This helps minimize any feeling of tightness. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 18, 2019
As someone who never experienced acne due to laser treatments at dermatology clinics, I was shocked when my face was suddenly covered in tiny blemishes that worsened into inflamed acne. I used this product after my toner, and I was pleased to see it visibly calming my angry blemishes. Having dry, super sensitive skin, it stung quite a bit. It was too intense to use all over my face, so I just spot-treated the larger inflamed areas. Those with oily skin might be able to use this all over their face. If you have dry skin like me and suddenly developed small bumps or inflamed acne due to a compromised skin barrier, I'd recommend using it sparingly on affected areas only. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 18, 2019
It works great for spot-treating areas with dead skin cells and applying to blemish-prone areas Is this product discontinued? I had to purchase it through international shipping. The strong fragrance might be irritating for some users - dl*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinJan 12, 2019
++ I'm a patient suddenly suffering from dermatitis ++ ++ Please hear me out just this once + 1. AHA and BHA are well-balanced in this product 2. It's not as tingling as I expected 3. A little goes a long way 4. It absorbs well 5. The texture feels refreshing with just the right amount of richness 6. It's effective on whiteheads 1. It's best to avoid using exfoliating products 2. The artificial fragrance is bothersome 3. The ingredients aren't particularly good 4. It can be very irritating with frequent, long-term use 5. It damages the skin barrier, as do all exfoliating products 1. Instead of spending money and effort on exfoliating products like this, it's better to consistently use a good moisturizer - bo*********Combination SkinRecommendedAug 9, 2018
Possibly the strongest AHA/BHA formulation available in a rich cream texture on the market Depending on the area and individual, it might actually cause blemishes for some. This kind of product might be more suitable as a clinical-grade treatment - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 12, 2018
When I used this during winter for my blemishes, it seemed to make them flare up a bit at first, but then they quickly subsided! I applied only this product before bed, without using anything else. It feels a bit heavy for everyday use, and it can sting when applied to areas with blemishes! Also, the scent isn't particularly pleasant. Even though my face was dry in winter, I had never experienced widespread skin irritation before. However, after using this, my skin became rough and bumpy, with severe dead skin cells buildup, so I immediately stopped using it. It really seems like this product works differently for everyone. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 28, 2018
I've been using this since high school, tried other products, but ultimately came back to this one Well... the price? Actually, considering its effectiveness, the price isn't too bad - j2*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 3, 2018
I know that squeaky-clean feeling isn't ideal, but I love how refreshingly clean my skin feels after washing I'm using it without any issues. Despite concerns about harmful ingredients, fortunately, I haven't experienced any adverse reactions - do********Combination SkinAcne SkinMar 1, 2018
It seems to be effective for blemishes. The way it absorbs onto the skin feels nice too. The price is still a bit of a burden. I wish there was a larger size available...
