It's summer, so my sensitive skin breaks out easily with heavy or greasy products. Recently developed an allergic reaction to centella asiatica. Scent: Despite being made with banana extract, it surprisingly has a strong, refreshing lemon scent rather than the expected sweet banana fragrance. Blemishes & Pore Changes: I have some visible pores on my butterfly zone and nose, so I applied this every evening for about 10 days. While the pore-reducing effect wasn't as dramatic as I'd hoped (possibly due to the short usage period), I did notice a lightening of previous hyperpigmentation. Application: The texture is between rich and soothing. A light layer feels weightless, while a thicker application gives a sleeping mask effect. It absorbs well into the skin and spreads easily, making it comfortable to apply. Overall Impression: With its gentle ingredients and good absorption, consistent use should yield promising results for hyperpigmentation! The product contains stearic acid, so those with extremely sensitive skin should patch test before use. It's a shame the product comes in a jar. A tube packaging would be more convenient and hygienic. While it's lightweight, the summer heat is intense. Due to frequently touching my face, I also have many blemish marks... It sounds like a mess when I write it out like this! Product Selection: At first, I thought it was for wrinkles and pore improvement based on the name alone. But when I checked the product details, I saw it was also suitable for acne-prone skin and helps with blemish marks. Isn't this a perfect match? There was no reason not to choose it! Texture & Application: It's thicker than I expected. I've been using lighter creams recently, so this texture feels nostalgic. It applies with a rich feel, like an oil barrier. I was worried at first, but it seems to absorb well. Hydration & Deep Dryness: I didn't experience much deep dryness, probably because it absorbs well. This seems like a great product for winter use. Blemish Mark Improvement, Pores, and Wrinkle Care: It's hard to see dramatic changes in these areas in the short term. I'm hoping for positive results with continued use! Scent & Packaging: The color is so cute, and the product itself has a lovely yellow hue. The spoon is adorably designed! The only downside is that you need to store it separately, which isn't convenient for carrying around. But it's so cute, so that's okay! I expected a banana scent, but it's more like lemon? Personally, I quite like it. It feels slightly oily. Although it absorbs well, there's a bit of an oil film sensation on the surface. Remember to patch test new products if you have super sensitive skin. It absorbs beautifully. The texture is silky smooth. 2. There's no sticky feeling at all. 3. After application, there's a subtle glow to the skin. 4. The scent is mild and not irritating. 5. It absorbs well into the skin. 6. With just a little massaging, it becomes transparent and feels lightweight. 7. My skin feels smoother. 8. My complexion looks more refined. No more dullness. I've received compliments that my skin looks better. When applying makeup in the morning, it seems like there's less pilling in my pores and my makeup goes on more smoothly. After 10 days of experimenting with various combinations, I'm not sure if this cream is effective for pores when used with other creams. - Saw some results when applied sparingly, like a skincare diet. - My routine: After cleansing, I use a BHA pad for extra cleansing, apply a firming ampoule, layer on tons of hydrating essence, and finish with a generous amount of this Banactinol cream. - At night, my skin wasn't dry, and in the morning, it looked smooth. My pores, which had enlarged due to the heat, seemed to return to their normal state. - Not sure if the pores actually got smaller. - I really dislike jar packaging, so that's a minus. - The ingredients are pretty good, so that's a plus. - The light citrus scent isn't bad enough to be a deal-breaker. - Decent hydration, but might not be enough for dry skin types. Even for my combination but dehydrated skin in summer, it wasn't quite enough. - The gel texture is cool and lightweight, which I especially like now. It doesn't pill, but layering multiple creams might cause pilling. - There's experimental data showing it's good for improving skin barrier, so it should be good for soothing. - No blemishes occurred. - The 12-month shelf life after opening makes it convenient to use. The jar packaging was the biggest disappointment. All my other creams are in tubes, so using a spatula was the most annoying part. I've been focusing on pores and firmness lately, so I tried various combinations with this cream. As a result, using this cream alone showed the most noticeable change. If your skin is dry, I recommend applying a hydrating essence multiple times before using this cream. I'm a fan of retinol products, but this cream's main ingredient seems to be bakuchiol. Surprisingly, after using it and sleeping, my skin felt like the dead skin cells had been smoothed away. My makeup also seems to apply better! Especially on my nose where I have a lot of blackheads, it used to feel rough, but now it seems smoother. It's a satisfying cream overall. Just a heads up - it contains fragrance, so those with super sensitive skin should be cautious. I personally enjoyed the scent, so that aspect was fine for me. The texture is a bit rich, but once it absorbs, your face feels nice and firm! I use it as a night cream replacement, so I'm not sure about pilling under makeup, but it feels like it sets with a slightly matte finish while still keeping the skin firm. If you have dry skin, you might want to layer an oil on top for extra hydration! It's a shame it contains stearic acid, which can clog pores. While I haven't experienced any direct blemishes, I'm hesitant to apply it too thickly. I'm using it more as a night cream rather than a day cream.

Texture & Scent: It has a buttery cream color with a slightly rich texture. The lemon scent is absolutely delightful! It really lifts my mood when I apply it. Plus, it comes with an adorable spoon-shaped spatula! Application & Absorption: Despite its rich texture, it spreads incredibly well and absorbs beautifully! There's no feeling of it just sitting on top of the skin. Hydration & Moisturization: The Banatinol cream gives me a great oil and moisture balance, which I'm really happy about! I'm hopeful that with continued use, it'll help with fine lines, pores, and blemish marks! Compatibility with Base Makeup: I was initially worried that because it's not a lightweight moisturizer, it might cause my makeup to pill or slide off. But it doesn't pill at all, doesn't make me look greasy, and actually maintains a subtle glow until evening - I'm thrilled! Repurchase Intention: I've been recommending it to everyone, and I'll definitely repurchase when I run out! I honestly can't think of any downsides to this product from my experience. When I use it in the evening, I like to apply it thickly like a face mask. The next day, my makeup goes on smoothly and looks great!

When applied, it feels quite nourishing and a bit heavy, creating a protective layer on the skin. I especially love using it when my skin feels dry! Unlike some moisturizers that leave your skin feeling tight or uncomfortable after the hydration evaporates, this one maintains its moisturizing effect for a long time. Since it's summer now, I'm only applying a small amount, and on humid days, I use it very sparingly. I highly recommend this for winter or for those with dry skin. ✅Brightening Effect (★★★★★) ❗️See photos❗️ I often take selfies after cleansing, and while my complexion naturally varies day to day, overall I've noticed my skin tone has become clearer and brighter! I've included before and after photos of my acne scars. While the results aren't dramatic, there's a noticeable improvement! The "after" photo was taken on a day I also used a modeling mask, which might have enhanced the effect a bit. ✅Pores (★☆☆☆☆) I've attached front-facing before and after photos taken about 10 days apart. To be honest, I didn't expect much improvement in pores since most people say skincare products can't really change them. As I haven't been using it for very long, I haven't seen any significant changes yet. ✅Glow (★★★★☆) Not only does this cream brighten your complexion, but it also gives your skin a beautiful glow! Makeup applies smoothly over it without pilling, despite its rich, oily texture. I think it'll be especially useful in winter when makeup tends to flake. ✅Scent There's a slightly strong lemon scent, but it's not unpleasant. Personally, I prefer fragrance-free products, so I would have liked it even more without the scent. ✅Blemishes Given its rich texture, some people have reported breakouts. I'm only applying a thin layer since it's summer, and while I still get the occasional pimple (which is normal for my skin), I haven't experienced any increase in blemishes. As someone with super sensitive skin that sometimes stings or burns with new skincare products, I had no such reaction with this cream! I'm really impressed with the ingredients. There are so many beneficial components that I've been using it alongside my LED mask and modeling masks! The jar packaging raises hygiene concerns, and there's no good place to store the included spatula, so it often gets dusty and goes unused. I've resorted to applying it with clean hands instead.
